Owner Mark is like a lawyer. Great while getting your business, makes tons of promises...but never delivers...just try and get hold of him afterward. Ducks calls, refuses to return calls....waffles on delivery dates. Not reliable. No way Ill ever do business with this guy again. Ended up costing me more than the job did, which was not 1st class by any means. I would never recommend this shop to my friends, family or neighbors.

I had an excellent experience with Crystal Lake Auto Body. My car was repaired in a shorter time than expected for the extent of damage. They were helpful getting me a rental car. The owner, Mark was honest, polite and helpful in every way. When I picked up the car, he went over everything with me to make sure the repair was to my satisfaction. I got in a car accident in Naperville and the company who towed my car quoted the repairs at $3,500. Mark quoted a third of that and I couldnt be happier with the job. Everything was finished in about a week and you could never tell the accident even happened. Im extremely satisfied with the service, price, and family vibe this place gives.
