Will never use Hertz rental again- staff at the Lake Geneva Auto Body running the Hertz rental was very nice and attempted to help me. Staff there was friendly and cant complain about them. However Hertz Rental- I WILL NEVER USE HERTZ EVER AGAIN. They lie to you about fees, security deposits, and availabiity. They are not willing to work with customers. I called customer service and got screamed at by a customer service rep. Im sure the Auto Body people are better to deal with than Hertz. But Hertz gets 2 big thumbs down.

After my experience renting a car here today, Ill never rent anywhere else in the Lake Geneva area. Good-natured, personable, quick service with a smile--you just dont see that too much anymore--but you do with Geneva Auto Bodys Hertz rental service. Having rented from all the major companies, both domestically and abroad, I can honestly say that this was my single best car rental experience. Ever.

My wife had an issue with her 2011 Nissan Murano. Some unusual noise and low tire pressure. Geneva Auto Body was prompt in helping us determine the issue and have it fixed. They were very friendly and courteous to me when I asked them questions on the phone. I am planning on using their services in the future. Thanks again.... SJA

Don has always worked on my truck , and continues to exceed my expectation, He know I am very particular about my vehicle and makes sure everything is done perfectly. Their dent less paint repair results are amazing. I would recommend Geneva Auto Body to anyone.
