Didnt use their services. The guy was extremely rude. I walked in and he didnt greet me he seemed wrapped up in his computer work and annoyed. I asked for help and to explain how this works because I was unsure. I havent been in an accident before. When he finally spoke he talked fast and annoyed. No eye contact at all. I stood there confused at his demeanor and eventually left. I didnt say bye or thanks for the help and he didnt say have a nice day or thanks for stopping by. They may do good work but I wouldnt know because his attitude was radiating off him I had to leave I didnt feel comfortable or wanted so I did him a favor and left.

less than one star rating, went to this estimate for the insurance company and told him about the damages on my car and he said they were old, I have pics of my car when I bought it less than 6 months ago and there were no damages on this car that were claimed, While at their office others were complaining about the service,, paint mismatch,, delays, waiting for ever,, totally rude people,, fair warning do not use this service for repairs
