. PROS: Friendly staff, honest, fast. CONS: Very sloppy work. EXPLANATION: I took my Mazda 3 here after being rear ended / side swiped around Thanks Giving. WORK REVIEW: 1) Painting did not match rest of car. The coloring did not blend well with the rest of the car. Once I got up close and really looked at the detail, it looked like depth was missing and it wasnt as rich looking. 2) Clear coat application was extremely poor. I could see and feel the lines between old and new. 3) Residue leftover from the fixing process left all over the car. 4) Whatever chemicals they use to clean the interior of the car stink - very bad! My girlfriend and I had to drive an hour and a half with the windows down in freezing temperatures. Whenever I had to drive more than ten minutes without opening the windows gave me a headache. The smell stuck around for days and the car didnt look like it was cleaned well (I am OCD about it and thoroughly clean every 2-3 days). FEARS: If their painters failed to clean off all the compound and it was even missed by their detailers, what else was missed? The clear coat is very important on todays vehicles and it needs to be kept in tip top shape at all times. The lines I mentioned in #2 is caused by poor application of the clear coat. This area is in a pretty obvious place, what happened to all the other places I cant get into well and feel? What happens after several winters and it begins to peel? OVERALL: Obviously I am unhappy. They say they guarantee the work for as long as you own the car. Well if after two times they still cant fix rather simple issues that any experience would prevent, I am not sure they ever will or even can. I probably will not return to have the issues fixed by them. I will have to do them myself. I am not sure if the company ever reads this but feel free to contact me.

I went in a few months ago to have my side view mirrored re-mounted and they were very nice and the work was fine but they used the chrome plate cover from my old mirror on the new one. A week ago it fell off and went missing so I went back to say Id like it replaced because they had glued it on and it obviously wasnt the right way to do it. A gentleman looked at it and said sure well order a new one give us a few days and well call you. I had to ask if I would be charged and he said no. 7 days later I have to call them and be put on hold for quite awhile until he said oh yes its here, why didnt anyone call? Then I drive there because he said itd be a quick 15 minute job and beware were closed got the holiday weekend. Well its Thursday and I dropped in and the same guy made a huge stink that I didnt call before coming and really put me down. They find someone and he fixed it and Im happy but the mini mirror on my side view mirror just fell off on the ride home.. I just cant win. I dont know if I will be back to abra.

Dont go to ABRA to get your windshield replaced. I had my windshield replaced in January during cold weather. When I got the car back, it sounded like wind was coming in the passenger side. You can actually remove the molding on that side. I wasnt too upset knowing it was cold when they replaced it. However, I did expect it to be fixed when I took it in the second time. It wasnt. I took it in a 3rd time, and they did nothing. I finally got my husband involved. He told them exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done (new molding and clips). He was told to call back in a week to schedule an appointment. He did only to find out they need to look at it a 4th time before they order parts. Still not fixed going on 2 months. FYI- the auto body and auto glass parts are separate divisions. I am only reviewing the auto glass service.

I had a scratch in my door that was through the clear and almost in the primer. My truck is silver and silver is one of the hardest colors to match. When I dropped it off they asked if I would like to have texts keeping me up to date on my vehicles status. That was really nice. I could plan my day and I would get notices as to when I could expect my vehicle back. The work came out amazing. I could not see the scratch, they color matched it perfectly. A+ job. This is the only body shop I have ever used and wanted to share my experience with others so they can try ABRA when they need auto body or glass work done.

I was wary of being required to have my car repaired here under my insurance, but the whole experience was really great. Everyone was friendly, I got consistent updates on the work, and the work was done a day earlier than their estimate. They took great care of my car and were genuinely nice. My car looks great, and the process was hassle-free.

I wouldnt have necessarily thought of coming to ABRA for repairs, but they were referred to me by a nearby dealer. They were able to make a quick fix to help me out when I was in a hurry. I will definitely consider them for future full repair work! Thank you ABRA staff!

Came in after having a run in with a cement pole in a parking garage. The quoted me a fair price and got the work done a day ahead of schedule. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I could not have asked for better service.

My car was suppose to be done on Friday and now its Monday. Now I got a call saying wednesday. People have jobs that they need to get to. All they have to do is put a new bumper and hood on. That doesnt take 2 weeks. Terrible service.

Ive been to both the ABRA body shops because of separate insurance claims. They are friendly and quick but, on both occasions, I needed additional work done by the car dealer because they missed pretty significant problems.

Avoid this place. Do not like thier service. They do not keep track of your vehicle.They do not do good repair, service and even billed for extra items. Just try to avoid this sick place.
