I took my 1997 Civic in for a $900 paint job which included minor body work, and was initially pleased. This company knows how to get the job done, quick. They can apply paint evenly, and do a job that will last a long time. But... on closer inspection, I found that there were obvious sanding swirls left below the paint where body filler wasnt smoothed out well. There were a lot of "poky rough spots" that I assume was dirt/dust under the paint. Paint overlapped the rubber seals in spots (tape wasnt put on straight). I asked if they could remove the yellowness of my headlights and they charged me $60 for absolutely no difference. They also got a smudge of paint on the drivers side window, and a few smudges on the drivers door interior. Now 3 years later, the paint job is holding up well, but there are new rust spots bubbling through. Would I recommend it? Perhaps a smaller locally owned auto body repair shop would do a better job, but perhaps youd have to pay more. I dont really know. I was also quite annoyed with their "pushiness" and the way they attempt to keep me aloof of the details of their process.

Not very Many reviews for these guys, but I called around multiple places in Madison and this was the only shop that answered professionally for me. Greeted with a hello and named their place of business. As far as a being a woman, I didnt feel like my questions were being ignored. The other shops that i called made me sound like I didnt know what needed to be done. WHICH I DONT hence why I asked questions. They were helpful, honest and tried to find the cheapest solution before throwing costly repaints onto the vehicle. Turned out great and i would definitely recommend this.

Well my call was answered but the guy that answered was awful and rude. Horrible customer service. He couldnt give me any information and seemed annoyed by the two questions I asked. I wouldnt bring my car here for paint. If you have rust it will need to be repaired and for $900... I would just spend a couple hundred and get a real paint job put on by a decent local. Im betting you will get a better result. Im not even going to bother trying to save a couple bucks with Maaco.

Dan, was very helpful and very nice about helping me find out what I needed, He gave me a few options. The car was in there for about a week but it came out looking so much better. Im not gonna knock them for the 1 week because I want the job done un-rushed. They did a very nice job overall, lets hope it last long.

TERRIBLE work done here. Crap paint job with dirt in many spots and overspray all over the place and then the paint wouldnt stick for more than a couple of months. They tried to repaint several times but it was always the same. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I was very impressed with the quality of service. I was given a reasonable estimate and they were willing to try to work with my budget. They replaced my front bumper in a couple of days. All in all I would recommend them.

Some idiot dented my front passenger door and also my rear door without leaving a note. Took it to MAACO for repair and they did an awesome job. I am very pleased with their work. My 2002 Camry looks brand new again now.

When I got here they were very quick to come out and take a look and give me a quote and less than about 5 minutes. I ended up getting a better quote about $600 less up the street. But theyre nice overall.
