Buckwalter stole my key and the viper remote with it and then replaced it Clifford model. It took 3 weeks to get it back to me and i dont know how many times they tried to give back to me. And the lady at Granger said no, finish the job. Then they put my old tires back on and it took 2 months to get my money back from them. The paint is crap and if you have 24s dont trust the place that they get them aligned at. Shady as hell. All in all it was a bad experience. I recommend you dont go there if you got a custom truck or car like I had.

Abra used to be great but now they are HORRIBLE. They take forever to fix a BIG job, they do not complete anything in a timely manner, they give you back a car with the job not finished and leave the customer stressed. I wouldnt refer anyone to Abra on Mt. Moriah! If i could give it 0 stars i would. Mckenzie gives out all the wrong information, she lies and tell you she will handle something and actually doesnt. Ive had a stressed 2 months with thinking that i could depend on Abra!

Had a really great experience with our repair. John Sayre and the entire staff were very helpful and professional. They constantly updated us with the progress and were always available with any questions. The work was great, fast and our car is back good as new. Would recommend to anyone.
