Absolutely ridiculous! The women in the office must be related to the service manager. One did not have a clue as to what she was doing and the other wouldnt make eye contact. All I wanted was an estimate but was told I had to have a appointment. For an estimate! I guess going to get a service writer was to much to ask for at 2:30 in the afternoon. Will NEVER refer anyone to this place.
