So my wifes brand new 2016 hrv was keyed roughly 2 weeks ago.I dropped the vehicle off and the estimated repair time was 6 days.On day 7 I picked the vehicle up and at first glance the paint looked fine.Upon further inspection I noticed little bumps all throughout the new paint.I returned the vehicle to where it was repaired.They had it another 4 days.They called me after day 1 saying it was ready but we werent able to pick it up because we were out of town.I go back to pick it up today and there were still imperfections.The guys made up a 100 excuses on why the paint still wasnt right.They said "Robots paint it at the factory and I dont have robots working for me".The employee even proceeded to walk around the vehicle looking for imperfections in the factory paint job.They said they could "try" to make it right.Whats really sad is this is a shop recommended by USAA.We dont even live close to the shop so these unnecessary trips are annoying at the least.Im very dissapointed and Ive made contact with USAA to file a complaint and take my business elsewhere.
