Edit: Gates came back and corrected a few things that had slipped through the cracks. Even though my repair work was a big job, Gates made things right with me and ensured that I was happy with their work. Several times during follow up repairs, they even came to my workplace to pick up my car and take it to their shop. They left a loaner vehicle on site for me in case I needed it, and brought my car back before the end of the workday. Short story long, there were a few bumps in the road, but Gates went the extra mile to make things right.

I had a great experience at Gates. All the staff was very nice and helpful and they did a great job. They have a great relationship with my insurance company and the car rental company so everything went smooth. From pickup to drop off I didnt have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend my friends to go there.
