Picked up my baby two days ago, and just had to write a big KUDOS to White Eagle! The process couldnt have been easier, and the work was exceptional. This is the second time in a year Ive had to get body work done, and the other body shop (the one with a name that rhymes with Cadabra) had to take 4 tries to get the work done right. White Eagle got it right the first time two days quicker than I was told, the final bill came in lower than the estimate, and my 2015 Mustang was given back to me looking better than when I dropped it off. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior. Im super pleased with the results, and will bring my cars here every time I need any work done!

Came in on a Friday for a replacement side mirror. Asked for an ETA, and was told the following Monday (3 days). However, after calling daily to get updates, the product wasnt ready until the next Monday (10 days). Not only did it take forever to get the work done, but for a new side mirror and housing, the total bill was $400! Pros - quick quote, offered to touch up paint for free. Cons - expensive, slow, limited hours.

They promised that they would buff and wax car after repair,when they didnt he told me they dont offer that service but on there web site they do, my gas tank was sunk in and not flushed like it supposed to be. Fender lines where off and paint was swirlled. when i went back to show the work to them they would hide and resptionist said they were on lunch or got off early, they suck !!! BIG TIME

I have been a loyal customer for the past 30 years and never had a issue until just recently. I took my car there after a rear end collision and they did a estimate well we decided to go to someplace cheaper. To make a long story short they charged us a ridiculous administrative fee. So I guess thats how they treat their loyal Customers. Im never taking my car back there ever again

Great service and great prices for body work without insurance. I went to get a large dent removed and the paint was just starting to chip. When i came back to pick up my car the dent was gone and they touched up the small chipping spot. looks like it never happened.

I just brought my Caddy in to repair what I thought was bad scratch to my bumper. The really nice assessor grabbed some chemicals and spent 20 minutes buffing it out...No charge! What a great guy. I only ever bring my cars to WE. Only place around I trust.

Took in my 2015 Q50 for a small dent on the hood. Hood was a little off color. Took it back and they fixed it perfectly. Even free rental. Owner, adjuster, secretary, and body shop manager were all nice to me and turn around was great

Could not ask for better service or quality of work being performed. Truck was done sooner than expected, 500.00 cheaper and hand washed top to bottom...I would highly recommend and will use them in the future....

I just got my car back. Terrible job. Orange peel paint shop. Plus, the lady in the office is rude, arrogant and derogatory. I guess that matches the paint job, doesnt it.

Poor communication. Emailed comprehensive estimate and had calls and emails ignored. Was never able to schedule a time. Glad I went elsewhere.
