Got in a front end collision that destroyed my front bumper, both fenders, headlights, bent back the hood and more... Took it to this ABRA to get it repaired. Customer service was great, every employee I had interactions with was very pleasant and patient with me. Repainting was required on the new parts (the majority of the parts used in the repair were OEM parts), they touched up certain parts of my car unrelated to the collision where the paint had chipped off or was scratched. They did an excellent job on the repairs, with the only flaws I found being that one of the front fenders does not line up perfectly with the adjacent headlight, and the hood was not bent to be perfectly flush with the other front fender. I mention these flaws, but bear in mind that they are very small flaws that can only be seen if you are looking very closely. All in all, Id say my car looks better after the repairs than it did before the collision. The repair was estimated to take 2 weeks, they finished in 1 week.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! I have been waiting on an appraisal for a week from the customer service manager when he said it would only take him 24 hours to get it to me. I have called and the CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER keeps saying they are busy and hell send it. Its been two days since then and still no appraisal nor will he come to the phone when I call. This place is a JOKE. Im sure theyll just pay somebody to remove this review but had to try. DONT USE THIS PLACE....SHABBY SERVICE AND REPAIRS!!!! Oh and Obviously the management team at this place is a joke. Going to go somewhere else immediately.

Take your car somewhere else! They had my expensive sports car for over a week and didnt do any work to it (due to insurance wanting to total it out) and they left it outside under a tree and let limbs and sap fall over the car! Treated my car like junk and they are too chickenshit to return your phone calls! I will be using a better company down the street instead of these idioits!

Do not use this shop for body work if you want your car professionally repaired. My insurance company sent me to this shop and my European import was not repaired in a competent and professional manner. They actually damaged my car during the repair and now do not want to reimburse me for the repair.
