From the moment I walked into the door, staff was very professional and courteous. The receptionists greeted me and helped me complete the basic paperwork. A tech came and looked over my vehicle with me to describe what work needed to be done and give me a very rough estimate. He explained my options to self pay or use my insurance. I took a few weeks to think, but when I called back they made me an appointment very quickly, looked over my vehicle in a more complete manner and emailed me a detailed estimate. They also called to go over the estimate and answer my questions. Every step of the way they were professional, informative, and courteous. They kept me informed each day about their progress and an estimated completion time. The work was beautiful, as if nothing had ever happened to my car. They even noticed my AC wasnt running and were refilling it and testing it just in case they had done the damage. They hadnt - it was already an issue I knew about. But I thought it was very thorough of them to do so. They let me know to call them directly with any problems because they wanted me to be 100% satisfied. Of course, I had no problems at all. I really appreciate the entire staff at Advanced Collision. Thanks for making a miserable incident much less painful.

My 2005 Thunderbird was rear-ended. My Insurance is with GEICO so I brought my car to A.C.S. I detailed my car before my appointment..The day I was to pick it up I got a call that my car was in "Quality Control" and would be ready around 2:00 pm. I work down the road from ACS and from 9:00am I passed and saw my car in the same place several times. never moved before I picked it up. The body work looked great but one of my side marker lights didnt stay on. I made an appointment to have them fix the light. Again I detailed my car before I dropped it off on a Monday. Picked it up on Wednesday. The Steering wheel, both seats, gear shift knob,the boot (to cover the top when it is down) and the inside rear window were covered in grease. Under the paper mats the drivers floor mat was filthy dirty. I went in to show it to Monti. He offered to have it cleaned but I had to get back to work. But why was it so filthy just to check the rear marker light?? And why would I ever get my car back in that condition when it was just detailed?? No excuse that I can think of!! My light still didnt stay on, I took it to FORD and they had to order a new Harness, the old one was damaged.

I cannot. Let me repeat I cannot say enough good things about this shop. In my business I travel near & far. Unfortunately that keeps me on the road quite a bit & while on that road I have met more than my fair share of drivers texting & doing anything but honoring road rules. I have sent friends & family to all of Advanced collisions locations & they have never encountered anything but considerate, professional & consistent service. Hal, Tim & Mike will do what is necessary to make sure your vehicle is 100% back on the road with your safety being the highest paramount in the process & peace of mind restored. They have always made a tough trial into a great experience. I would not go anywhere else given the choice. BTW....the coffee is great too! My thanks to a great team living up to the highest standard. Yall always boost my faith in local people with a heart.

Ive dealt with several collision repair shops over the years and Advanced is by far the best. While dropping my car(2008 Mazda3) off I was given excellent service, attention to detail was obviously of much importance to them. I received a phone call, at least every other day, informing me of the progress being done. My vehicle was fixed extremely fast, much faster than the service I had received elsewhere of my prior accident experience. Upon pick-up of my vehicle I was very surprised to see that it had been detailed (inside and out) and the body work was flawless. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone with the misfortune of being involved in an accident. 5 out of 5 stars !!!!!

Had a wreck in my truck, and found these guys to fix it... Mechanically and Cosmetically. After them having my truck for well over 2 months I finally get it back to more mechanical damage then before it went in to them. Now my truck is currently in another shop getting a new transmission and more done to it bc of their mess up. My insurance paid them for their "work" if you want to call it that and now Im having to pay out of pocket to fix what they done. Just a heads up on how these people do their job. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy!!! Oh and I tried to contact them and brought the truck back to them the day after I finally got it back about the problems and they kept giving me excuses...

Absolutely no complaints about this place. My car was hit by a tree branch and I had to have several things done. They kept me informed about my cars progress, and when it was done it was perfect. The people that work here are very customer oriented and polite and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect. God forbid anything ever happens to another vehicle of mine but if it does, this is going to be my go to place. Thank you Advanced!

I tried unsucessfully to replace a power window regulator in my Dodge mini-van. Finally, I realized that I should just take it to an expert and took it to Advanced. Although not a big job, I had brought my own part, and it was a Friday they gladly helped out and charged me what I thought was a minimal fee. The waiting area and office spaces are clean and comfortable and Chris at the front desk was extrememly polite and helpful.

The crew updated us every day with specifics on where our car was on the job to be made on that day. Friendly and very professional crew...with lots of M&Ms!!! Got the car clean, even inside!!! and they didnt need to do that but they went the extra mile and were very happy with the job and the attention to detail to their customer. We will recommend to all but hope none get in a car accident.
