I sent my car in to get my system I just bought. I went there and they said it would be about 4 hours for a cost of $120, well I got hungry and decided to have my friend drive me by about two hours later, and my car was sitting out there, done. They screwed my amp into my backseat and through the arm rest, I didnt find that out till my friend got poked by a screw. I didnt get charged the $120 like they promised when I handed them my keys, I got charged $170 when I went to pick it up. They did an okay job at the wire tucking, my panels kept popping out because they just stuffed it all in there. And they didnt install my bass knob(which I was really excited about having), I went to confront them about it a day later and they denied of having anything to do with it. They also set my amp to all the wrong settings which caused me to blow two subs because I didnt know what they did. I didnt bother with it because I thought they were professionals, but apparently they are not. I will never do business with them again, my friend was right they will screw you over and I found out the hard way.

They are really overpriced on installation and accessories. Plus they kind of ripped me off. I had a 99 grandprix that already had an rf modulator in it to plug my phone in. That RF modulator had an antennae adapter. So when he sells me a stereo and an install one of the parts used in the install allegedly was an antennae adapter. I really paid very little attention to it. But I paid about 115 for the radio and an additional 120 for install and parts. So I am getting ready to sell the grand prix and I take the clarion radio out that they installed to not only find that the antennae adapter that they charged me for is not in there but that the antennae adapter for my rf modulator was not there. All in all they got away with taking a fifteen dollar accessory from me and charging me 15 dollars for one they did not need. Its been a couple of years so I really just do not care but will not do business again.

Horrible experience, terrible customer service. Had two cars tinted there in 2011 and it was a great job. Something happened between then and now. They actually cut the tint on my back windows too short and then PAINTED the bottom of the windows black to cover up the mistake. Took me a few months to notice it and did just before taking another car there to have it tinted. They said the crappy tint job guy didnt work there anymore, so thought all was well and then someone there put a big dent in the new car that I took there, noticed it a few days later, brand new car, only had it out of the garage once or twice before taking it down there. Id recommend Tricked Out in Pendleton for window tinting. Awesome customer service and the guy does a fantastic job. I wont even let Auto Expressions look at one of my vehicles again.

Took a 2003 Jeep Wrangler in for a lift kit & 31" tires/18" wheels. They were able to get a very good price on the wheel/tire package and passed those savings on to me. The vehicle was initially there just for the lift and wheels but I decided to have the windows tinted as well. They discounted the window tinting since the vehicle was already in for the other upgrades. I was very please with the value and the appearance of the vehicle afterwards. We ran into some minor suspension issues following the increase in tire size and Scott was very good to get me right in, find the problem (not related to the work they did) and get that corrected for me in just a single day. Great customer service!

I have had nothing but great experience from this shop! Scott is back at it and whether it be a simple radio/speaker install to fully customized fiberglass enclosures and now incredible air brushing paint work. This shop is always my first stop. I have a 07 Dodge Magnum that the shop has made show worthy. Full LED kits, complete stereo upgrade, window tinting and air ride install. My car is my baby and I will always come to Auto Expressions first!

Had my Truck windows tinted and some Raptor Magnum 6" ovals step rails put on last summer (2016).. Great job on the tinting and WE really like the Raptors rails.. Price was about Average, but the service and workmanship was top notch and with their Lifetime Warrantys on their work and materials makes them the best choice around Anderson IMO.... Getting ready to do the Wifes car this week and Ill be calling them again for a Appointment...
