Wouldnt recommend this towing company to nobody got my van tow from Elwood to Indy only 40 miles tow and they told me a different price on the phone then when my van got to the location they change the price and told me it was higher cost me $275 bucks smh. I would never do business with them or recommend this towing company to none of my other officers from Madison County.

The woman at the front desk is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. She refused to cooperate and when I asked if she treated every customer like this, she hung up on me. All she does is argue and fight with people. I will be trying everything I can to get other local companies to do our removals from now on out.

Liars and thieves. I called twice to confirm what I needed to bring and how much the total would be. I showed up 3 hours after I called and they raised the amount by $125 (likely once they saw I brought cash) and told me they never gave me a total and laughed at me. Completely unacceptable way to do business.

Northwest responded to 10-20 very quickly and pulled my Lincoln Town Car out of the snow fill ditch I put it in. Everyone from the dispatcher to the wrecker operator was knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are always fair, I call Northwest anytime, anywhere when Im in a pinch.

Just called my car repair place and they recommended N/W Towing. I called and they were at my location within 10 minutes and gone in 15! Great service, Jimmy was very friendly and answered all my questions! Would highly recommend N/W and will use them again!
