Refurbished not new . . .I recently purchased a Smart Key for my 2013 Toyota Highlander. It was half the price of the dealers cost and it clearly stated OEM product on the product description. Unbeknownst to me, I was sold a refurbished unit, not a new unit. When I called Ikeyless, I was told that they do disclose on their website that "We sell a combination of new and refurbished remotes". I could not readily find such disclosure. I was directed to their fine print, the TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the above statement. I do not have a problem buying refurbished products. But I do expect complete disclosure of the condition of the exact unit I am purchasing, so that I can make an informed decision. I feel that Ikeyless is totally misrepresenting their products by not clearly stating in the product description whether or not the product is new or used.

Dont order from this company!!! I ordered keys and paid the extra $28 for express mail. The keys were supposed to have been shipped out that day to be received within 1-2 business. Come to find out, after checking the UPSP tracking, my order didnt even leave ikeyless until 24 hrs after I ordered them. Jeremy the supervisor was the one who took my order and assured me that they had been picked up the same afternoon that I had ordered them so there was no one to complain to about the poor service and his lies about when they had actually been shipped. They try to blame the post office and even dispute the tracking information saying its not accurate. I asked to speak to the owner of the company and was told he is not available to talk to customers.

I ordered two keys for a 2003 Jeep Liberty and received them within four days. After a bad experience at the local Jeep dealer of them not being able to cut and program the keys, I contacted iKeyless to see if they could cut and program while I happened to be in Louisville for a few days. We set up an appointment, to get things taken care of. It only took about 30 minutes after I arrived to have the keys cut and programmed. They also programmed the two remotes I had ordered from someone else. Great customer service!!! They person helping me answered all my questions and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was happy with my service. I definitely would recommend using iKeyless or Car Keys Express.

ordered remote for 2003 camry - package was delivered in 3 days, took all of about 5 minutes from opening the package to having the remote working on my car. i dont usually get online to post reviews but this was worth it as i literally saved just under $130 compared to the dealer quote. what the real laugh is that my dealer was charging me $48 for programming the remote when really it takes just a minute to read the instructions and a minute to execute. they could have done it in their parking lot without even pulling into the garage, the only tool I needed were some scissors to open the package it came in. thanks again, great service here. i will definitely recommend to others. -kp

Absolutely NO stars for this shady business. I placed two orders, totaling over $200, and received old, worn, dirty items two weeks after ordering and paying for the items. I have been emailing and calling the company for over a week with absolutely no response. Folks, this company is the kind youre scared to order from. They give all internet merchants a bad name - they arent going to treat you right. Not only that, but they use SPAM to advertise. I did a search for ikeyless on twitter. Everything referencing the company is spam. I dont think a company could be shadier than these people. They should have their business license revoked.

Ordered on Feb 5th. Received a USPS tracking number on the 6th in an email which states that I "should expect delivery in 2 to 5 business days." Its now the 15th and not only has my product not been delivered, but the USPS hasnt yet received the package for that tracking number. I would suggest finding some reputable company.

Total scam! Avoid at all costs! Very slow shipping, which they blame on the post office. They sell old, dirty products, then they dont want to give you a refund!
