My wife lost her keys, while she was on a run, on a Saturday. When she called the dealership they referred her to Car Keys Express. She called and left a message on Saturday and again on Monday, because they dont work on the weekends, she received a call back on Monday by Ron and was told that the keys would need to be ordered and would arrive Tuesday and he would come out Wednesday morning to unlock the vehicle and program the remote. Tuesday night we contacted Ron to see what time to meet the next day and we were told, the keys had not come in...not sure when he was going to let us know that. We were assured the keys would be in the next day and everything taken care of Wednesday evening. We contacted him again Wednesday evening and were told that he would have to do it on Thursday because of his schedule. We got the same excuse late Thursday and he promised to meet us with the keys Friday morning before his route. On Friday morning Ron texted us saying he couldnt do it unless we had the vehicle towed to the dealership and even then it wouldnt be done until the following Monday. At this point, having set aside time every day since Tuesday, I called and asked why we hadnt been told this sooner? Ron could have told my wife on Monday that he couldnt do it but instead he kept trying to make arrangements each day and requested a cash tip for "doing us a favor". Friday he said his supervisor told him not to come help us suggesting that it might not be our car, basically accused us of trying to use them to steal our own car! After arguing with him for a few minutes he said he would call me back...when he called back he told me he had convinced his supervisor to let him come help us as a "favor" to me, Im assuming he wanted to extort a larger cash tip from us as he had already told us how much he wanted for a tip on Wednesday. I told Ron to forget he ever knew us because we would never use his company after everything we had been through. By this time I had lost all trust in Car Keys Express and was a little worried about the fact that they have my name and the vin number of my vehicle as well as keys for the same. The only reason we were using Car Keys Express is because the dealership told us that they were the only company who could get the keys because it was a newer model vehicle. This wasnt true, we found a local company on Friday that took care of everything within 6 hours of us contacting them. Car Keys Express wasted six days of our time on a matter that a much more efficient company resolved in six hours. We will never use Car Keys Express again and I hope this review keeps anyone else from experiencing what we did.

Wow,,hard to believe all this good reviews,,, Unfortunately i dont have good experience with the Account manger of Maryland, Car keys Express may be ok company , But Account mangers for my area does not respond to calls, i have to call many time with different number to get his attention , Then he may respond, when he makes Appointment he does not show up or call to cancel, I have never experienced as irresponsible Employe of company such as Maryland Pennsylvania Account Manger,,, I can believe this company does not train there employees to respect customers time and to be responsible,,,, Some other Area manger may be ok, Surely i dont recommend MD, PA, Area car keys Express, Dont wast your time dear Manger or owner, please dont try to say I am fake, please Train your employe Sorry I have to reach you this way,

Weve been using Car Keys Express for a little over three years. At first I was hesitant because I honestly didnt think one person working out of one van would be able to consistently provide keys for the cars on our lots but I figured it wouldnt hurt to give it a try. Im so glad we did......Car Keys Express is able to provide keys for all our cars and have really good prices. My family has been in the business for almost 30 years now. Over the years weve found it best that our customers really feel good about what they are purchasing. Those are the kind of customers that come back. I feel the same way about Car Keys Express. There is a real value attached to their service, and they execute well.

I manage a privately owned dealership. We used to have to send our trade-ins to dealers whenever we needed a key or remote for a car. A little over two years ago we started using Car Keys Express and it has really helped a part of our operation that admittedly was a pain in the neck. Theyve had the same technician during that two years. Hes super polite and really fast. He comes by every week to make sure we have at least two keys and two remotes for all our cars. Billing is easy. They are dependable. Definitely affordable. Highly recommend to dealers that have struggled with issues related to keys in the past.

I had two keys cut and programmed along with two remotes (that I had bought from someone else) programmed. It took about 30 minutes. My local Jeep dealer after an hour and a half told me the keys couldnt be programmed because they were after market keys. I will not be returning to that Jeep dealership for service! I will be returning to Car Keys Express however. Great customer service!!! They got the job done fast and kept me informed the whole time as to what was being done. Answered all my questions! If you are in Louisville, KY or the surrounding area I recommend you use these guys!

I am a car dealership buy keys all the time (FROM Robert Wilson)but need a key but said they had to order it i said ok,took 2 weeks to get and did not start car i call them and he said he would come out to program it never showed up keep calling,leaving messages no calls over a month,try calling corprate only to leave a message and no help.And i was charge for it before i got key.Never will use them again.

Son lost his only car key and needed new key made. I found out the hard way that there are a lot of bad locksmiths out there that overcharge. Learn from my mistake. Go to Car Keys Express first. Nick with the Louisville office quickly and professionally got a replacement key that works for reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience. Nick provided me with fast, friendly service both times I was here today to have a key copy made for one vehicle and remote key made for another vehicle. I would highly recommend this Car Keys Express location for anyone needing either of these services. I will also be returning in the future.

Great service!!! Needed a spare key for my Honda Civic. Dealers and competitors quoted me at well over $100. Car Keys Express gave me a no frills spare for $59 and even fixed my remote starter on my original key for free. I was in and out in under 15 minutes and finally have a spare car key!!!
