If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place has such terrible service. I was wanting my eyebrows waxed but was told there was a 25 minute wait. I was fine with that and patiently waited until a mother and a daughter came in and the worker asked for their name right away and was very friendly with them. They were told there was a wait so they left to shop around. Then a older man came in and she didnt ask for his name or anything. I was told that we would be after those two people. That is ridiculous. I waited for almost 30 minutes and was told 2 people were ahead of me!? That is outrageous. Im glad they didnt get my money. I wont be recommending this place to anyone with this terrible customer service.

The lady that dyed my hair left the bleach on for like 1 1/2 hours and the dye for 45 minutes-1 hour. That is ridiculous. She then killed it more with heat using the blow dryer directly to my hair which fried my hair! It is beyond destroyed! Now I have to cut my hair and I am trying my hardest to let it grow!
