"What did you like about it?" Is the question Im being asked on here and my answer would have to be NOTHING. I liked nothing about this experience. Im not real sure where they got their hair cutting experience, but the last time I checked a hair style that looks like a lawn mower got a hold of my head isnt the "in" thing. Not only did they give me an awful hair cut that was uneven, the manager had an attitude when I went back in for my money. I wanted a refund and she told me she wasnt "capable" of doing that until she realized I was NOT letting her, or another one of her stylist, cut on my head again. She told me to "hold on" while she went in the back and made a phone call. Low and behold she came back out with my money. It was not a total refund because she wouldnt give me back my tip. She said I needed to go ask stylist myself, face to face. Good customer service, huh? But I told her that it was okay and maybe her stylist could use it to go back to beauty school. I wouldnt recommend this specific store to anyone who wants a decent hair cut. Other SmartStyle locations may be okay, but this specific one is a double thumbs down.

I waited at check in for 10 mins with no stylist around and a customer sitting in a chair. Final the stylist come up front and said Id have to come back another day cause they were completely booked for the day. The schedule was setting out in the open. There were 2 stylist on that day with a total of 5 appointments on the books from 9- 6 and they were booked for the day? Only able to do 5 appointments on a Saturday ? I went across town where 2 stylist did 7 customers within a hour. Second time in 3 months with bad and rude stylist there. We wont be back.

Guess no one at this store knows how to tell time. Hours are advertised as 9 am to 9 pm on Saturday, however they close an hour early with updating hours of operation. Cant keep customers if you arent even open when youre supposed to be.

Ive never gotten a bad haircut from this salon, and neither have my daughters. My specific cut is rather complicated, but it looks great, every time. A great cut for an excellent price...cant ask for much more!

5 Stars because they do a really good job considering the price, theyre friendly, clean, and have kept their cool in stressful situations that I have witnessed in the shop.
