Do not go there for special occasions/ wedding services. Salon might look nice but service does not even deserve 1 star!! Horrible manager who disrespects customers. Booked months in advance and was left hanging anyway, because they changed the appointment time and gave the slot to someone else. So called manager yelled at the paying customer and refused to refund the deposit. We booked a slot for a wedding day for 6 ladies from 10-2pm. Confirmed the times at the trial 2 weeks prior. (Paid for the trial). One day before, bride took the time to call the salon that there will be 5 not 6 ladies coming in and was told that 3 people have to come in at 9am. Three ladies came in at 9am and paid for poor service (hair fell apart by noon). The bride and me came in at 11:50am for our noon appointment and were yelled at, that we are 3 hours late!! We were told that no service will be provided and they will not refund the deposit! Although 2 weeks ago we confirmed to be there at noon for brides hairdo. They argued that they left messages when 3 ladies showed up at 9 that they wanted the bride there too. Should know better that bride has a tight schedule the day of her wedding... Best of all, left her hanging on her big day after taking her money!! Stay away from these scam artists!!

I went to an event and got my hair and makeup done at this location. They listen to what I wanted and did a great job with my hair, but didnt put enough hairspray in my hair when I asked for it. When I was getting my makeup done on the other hand, they did not go off on the pictures I gave them as a guide. I asked for a natural eye look without a lot of black in it. I still got dark smokey eye with a ton of black in it. About an hour and a half after I got home my hair fell apart when I wasnt even doing any crazy activities yet. I had to re-curl and touch up my hair before my event.

I love this salon i have been going here for about 2 years now and everything about it is amazing. The service is always wonderful they treat you like no other salon. I constantly get complements on my color all the time even when Im about to go in for a new color i will get someone who loves it and even people stop me to ask. Brittaney is the Beautician who does my hair and i would not have it any other way. I would and do always recommend anyone to this salon over any other one in the area.

First time customer and my time slot was given to someone that had cancelled and showed up anyway. I was a walk-in and told it would be a 30 minute wait. I leave and come back 30 minutes later. They took the other customer back right in front of me and the proceeded to tell me it would be another half hour wait. Worst service especially for a first time customer. If they dont try to win you over the first time when will they? I would not recommend at all.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service. Nobody knows what theyre doing or how to communicate - from the inexperienced staff to the disrespectful "manager", unprofessional all around. According to Di La Bella, the customer is always wrong - what a great way to do business... Do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere - I sure wish I did.

All these bad reviews floored me! I love this salon!!! I finally found a place that doesnt do a hack job on my hair. They are so friendly and accommodating. Everyone in the salon does a great job and my kids love to go there too. Weve never had a bad cut coming out. Totally recommend. Love the atmosphere Too!

I love Di la Bella! I have been coming here for over 7 years and have always been extremely happy with their expertise in hair color and styling. Plus everyone is always friendly and pleasant. Wonderful, wonderful salon. Would never consider going elsewhere.
