No communication. This company does not answer the phone or return messages. Also have no real sense of time. 2 hours is 6 and 2 days takes over a week all while they ignore your calls and give you false information because they cant remember what they told you or what you said the first or aecond time. Have a Real shop do the work! They gave a false number in their post to discuss rectify the issue. Took them to small cmaims court for damaging to vehicle. Won still getting dodged. Next is preceding supplemental, back to court....

Taking problem to courts later this week have tried for two months to get back into contact with these people of course now Im out of warranty but have been trying for extended period of time truck hangs in first gear you cant accelerate fast or it revs up like the trans kicks into neutral if this is a rebuilt trans they sold us we wouldnt be having problems we have had computer reprogrammed so that aint the issue its the "rebuilt transmission" from Indiana over drive could have bought a junk yard trans and been better off

Got a transmission and its worse than the one I had in it before no return phone call no nothing I havent event had it in a full day and no forward..
