Been a regular here for 4-5 years they have done everything for me from oil changes to cv axles rotors and brakes were usually always the best price and usually always treated their customers and their customers vehicles with care and Ive also been a regular customer through about 5-6 complete crew changes and the previous crews were all fired for trying to help people out, anyway my point is they used to be (keyword USED to be) a great shop to go to for reasonably priced and quality work. But recently like 4-5 days ago I went up for a tune up on my vehicle it was a reasonably big project, labor estimates were 2.4-3 hours of work and my total price estimate with parts just labor was $260 roughly thats looking at $86-$106 an hour for labor alone! and without the parts I was looking at an estimate of over $500 thats almost $240 for just 6 sparkplugs and 1 set of sparkplug wires, when I went to autozone and bought the same stuff for roughly $40 they tried charging me 6 times what I paid at autozone for the same parts I understand mark ups and having to make money its a business but I mean seriously this shop used to help people out not rip them off, not to mention when they did do my tune up they sliced open one of my radiator bypass hoses, and tried to play it off like I had a cracked radiator saying they would fix that for over $200, I didnt find out it was just my hose until I drove it home and it over heated, located where my water and anti freeze mixture was spraying out went to autozone got a hose for $1.50, I personally will never return to this establishment and hope that no one else does too, shop around find a new shop and do not get ripped off by these crooks.

These guys saved me a ton of money compared to what I was quoted at another shop. I really like the new management here. I liked the way they quoted me the required repairs and recommended maintainence seperatly. They told me what and why needed to be done now, and what I could postpone until later. My car has four oxygen sensors, and they said I just needed one replaced. The other shop was trying to sell me all four. That turned off my check engine light off. Two weeks later the check engine light was still off so i got a minor tune up. My front brakes are almost ready to be done, but I can wait a few weeks. They showed me when the car was on the rack. They checked my car out very good. My car runs great and still no check engine light.

Youve gotta be kidding me, people actually giving good reviews to this place?? Its been under new management everytime Ive went in this place. They change prices constantly, its always a different price every single time and I get the same thing done. Plus they get there dirty black prints all over your vehicle and not to mention how ridiculously slow they are. Save your time and spend a little more and go to xpresslube or similar! Im done with this place, theyll no longer receive my business!

Took my car in to get the spark plugs changed just thinking it was time to get them changed no problems or anything. Left with a flashing check engine light. The man that worked on my car told my husband to drive a few days and the light would go off smfh. From what Ive been told thats a quick way to mess up your car. Took it to another shop they said every cylinder was misfiring. Spend almost $200 to get my car messed up smdh

These guys (and gals) are great. The technicians are respectful and know what they are doing. The Decatur shop is easy to get in and out of since the red light is there. The lobby is clean with a tv and some frigid a/c blowing to keep you cool. Best thing about this place is everyone is really nice to you sincerely. Second best thing is the prices are very fair. Third best thing is that polar a/c they got running in the lobby.

They saved me a ton of money compared to other quotes I got from mechanics in SEVERAL cities. I drive all the way from Madison to exclusively use these guys. The new management is AWESOME. I saw someone complain that they up charged for a part? Yes... they do at ANY mechanic shop, derp. And I can tell you that the quote they gave me AND labor were both cheaper than the 10 other shops I called.

Prices are always competitive, the wait can be a bit lengthy if you catch them at a busy time, but the service is always friendly and professional. And I appreciate that the technicians are able to present potential problems without pressuring a sale.

Oil change ok, but they told me i needed an new cabin filter, and they charged me $40 for an $8 dollar filter. I wont go back. Fool me once, shame on me, twice, shame on you.
