Worst experience EVER! And since my fiasco with these guys, I have met TWO other people with their own horror stories with this place. Long story short: scheduling was a disaster, extensive damages to my car, completely creepy and unprofessional, unqualified and dishonest. We agreed on a time, they called to ask me to get it there sooner, I made arrangements to do so, showed up that night to pick it up and they hadnt even started working on the car! This kind of scheduling issue took place several times. No regard for peoples time. Then they decide to stay late to finish it finally and promised to have it ready first thing in the morning so I could get to work. STILL wasnt ready. Left me scrambling to get a ride to work. My mom went to pick it up that day for me while I was at work. They had made an extra $400 in unauthorized repairs and caused serious damage to the car. They kept insisting they could fix everything they broke. I gave them multiple opportunities to fix it. Then finally they admitted that they couldnt fix any of it and flipped the crazy switch, instantly changing their story to "there is nothing wrong with it." They then held my car hostage and forced me to pay the $1000 that was supposed to be a $550 job. Literally chased me to the car yelling at me. HORRIFYING situation. I now know their shop is not equipped to handle the job they took on. It will cost me over $2000 to repair everything they damaged (the dash is demolished, none of the knobs or buttons work correctly, the noises the car makes now are crazy, the air bags were not at all usable after whatever they did to them, the steering wheel was damaged, vents and hoses were not attached properly, pieces were missing... list goes on and on.) Some of the damages are irreversible ( like the smoke damage...they SMOKED IN MY CAR WHILE REPAIRING IT!) Lastly, the unauthorized repairs they claimed to make WERE NEVER MADE! The new certified mechanic I took it to showed me the pieces they claim to have replaced, SAME PIECES THAT CAME WITH THE CAR IN 2007! Unbelievable. Worst mistake I have ever made.

I would post a minus star if possible. We were stranded there with a blown out tire in our RV. They kept stringing us along with lies. We believed they were working to obtain tires and paid cash up front. Dumb on my part. It will never happen again. It turns out the "tire shop" has no air compressor. They cant mount and balance tires. There was never ANY intention of obtaining our tires. It was a fraud all along.They took our money and did nothing. We bought our own replacement at Pep Boys. No one at "Top Notch Tires" bothered to help when I installed the new tire myself. They refused to refund any money. Avoid this place at all cost. I suspect my cash was used to buy drugs. It is more of a drug house than a tire shop. It has been reported to the police.

Took my volvo to have tune up, they destroyed my car, I went and had my car towed to a real mechanic to be repaired, never returned phone calls, This place has had my car since 8/8/2016. Now my car is in pieces, told me verbally he would pay to have my car repaired. I will provide updates, this man has many Garages around town. I had no choice but to buy another car so that my wife can go to work, I am on disability, unable to work. We are averaging 120 miles per day on the car so I can take her to work I can go to my oncologist for my cancer treatments go pick her up at work and come home so as far as ratings that should be self-explanatory.

Love the friendly and very helpful employees. My experience was Great! The deals on a tire for my hauling trailor was not only a Great one but the staff was busy when I arrived and they still managed to take great care of me but did so in a very speedy manner and I didnt have to lift a finger. I just pulled up with a flat and was on my way in a matter of minutes. Paid without even getting out of my truck and was back on the road in minutes.

Do not go to this facility if you dont have to -- they quoted me $60 for Tires mounted and balanced the same as Walmart they said they balanced the tires. On the first road trip the very next day I noticed a substantial vibration. Next day I took the truck to walmart to get the tires balanced and found out that there was no evidence of new weights being added or the old weights being removed.

I am sorry to say that this place is not the best choice. They are kind and friendly, just not good. The kind of shop that is almost comical in its cliche badness. It checks all the boxes of what not to do in business. I do worry about the kids in all that dirty tire dust and oil. Stay away, far, far away unless you need a flat fixed. Then they are your place!

This is truly one of the worse businesses Ive ever been to, and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. These people will "service" your car (tear it to shreds) and charge insane prices for doing so!
