I took my nearly brand new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica to Mendells when the passenger side mirror was ripped off. I picked Mendells because I called several other big-name places, which all quoted me more than double what the end cost was from Mike Mendell. From the start, Mike was very polite and personable on the phone. He was able to look up the part I needed and give me a general quote on labor all over the phone! This is basically unheard of at the big-name guys since they want to give you an exact quote every time as a CYA. They make you come in on their office hours (which are always during my work hours), which means more time off work. I didnt need an exact quote and Mike was kind enough to oblige with a ballpark estimate of the labor cost. I was able to do an overnight drop-off at his garage and left my car in the lot. Envelopes and pens were provided. Mike called noon the next day that my car was ready. I could not tell any difference from prior to the accident. All of the features worked perfectly. Will definitely be coming here in the future. Thanks Mike!

Have 98 Lincoln Navigator with air suspension, compressor went out (2nd time). Took to Mendells and Mike explained in detail & suggested we replace the compressor & airbags with a spring/shock kit so would not have to deal with air suspension problems ever again and do it for 2/3s the cost. Got it done a day before expected at the price quoted. Mike & Kelsey are great to work with, extremely trustworthy, I would highly recommend them for any auto work. Jeff Bell

My wife brought her vehicle in for an oil change and tire pressure check. He oil life monitor was not reset, and all four tires has 19 pounds of air pressure when she left. I see Mendells has a five star rating, and that is why she went there. These oversights however show me a lack of professionalism and pride in ones work. Shame on them.

Despite Google suggesting that the hours are 8-5 on Saturday and Sunday... I drove up to a closed shop. They are closed Saturday and Sunday - it says so on their window. No hours on their phone message. The man sounds very friendly, however it just says that he must be "under a car." I assumed that meant he was working.

Had brakes go out on Lincoln Navigator, took to Mendells. Mike got to it fairly quickly, able to replace rusted out brake line to fix but also mentioned the others werent in good shape either. Always appreciate Mikes honesty and pricing on repairs, would highly recommend him for your new or used car repairs!
