I took my car in after finding a bolt in my tire. The guy who looked at is was very nice and said it was repairable, but they normally dont repair Z rated tires (speeds in excess of 149). The woman inside said it was store policy and that I would need to replace the tire. This would also mean I would need 4 new tires ($1000+) since it is 4 wheel drive. This is true because different treadwear levels change the dimensions of the tire. However, its possible buy one tire and shave it down to match the others, though this wasnt an offered service. My biggest issue is that I do not buy that they are not allowed to repair Z rated tires for several reasons. 1) I had a W rated tire (168MPH) repaired at this firestone in the spring with no issue. My tire indicates it has been tested in excess of 186, but they didnt mention this at all. 2) I spoke to Michelin and they said theyve never heard of a tire not being repaired because of its speed rating, additionally a properly repaired Michelin tire maintains its speed rating 3) Someone I know had the exact same tire repaired on a Porsche 911 at a Discount Tire in Indy It goes without saying that I left firestone and am currently sitting at Tirebarn having my tire repaired. Personally, not repairing Z rated tires seems like a way to gouge college kids. Especially all of the foreign students with nice cars/performance tires who may not know better.

My roommate and I took his car here to get an oil change and to get a fan belt fixed before we took a road trip to Minnesota. They were really friendly and accommodating, but they ended up charging us $80 for labor on a job that took them 20 minutes. We didnt want to complain because we were really appreciative of their work and speed, but then the car would not start when we were in Duluth, Minnesota. We had to get it towed and the current mechanic is saying the battery needs replaced. Batteries are an easy fix, so we dont really know why this wasnt caught by the mechanics here. The point of bringing the car here was so that the car was good to go for the road trip. We were about to get in the car for another four hour drive to visit family which we then had to cancel. I do not recommend going here, and do not plan on coming back. I will be sure to advise my friends to go elsewhere in the future.

Took my truck here for an alignment after I had a brand new front end and tires put on, and my wheels powder coated. I picked it up after hours, and immediately realized that they had curbed one of my wheels and didnt say a word about it! I know they knew they did it, because they offered to pay for it immediately when I came back and showed them. They did pay for it, but only after months of back and forth and having to stop in and ask them about it at least 6 times (this is why I gave them the 1 star). Not only did that happen, but they also left the alignment bolt to my a-arm loose, which caused the truck to pull to one side until I had it I looked at elsewhere. I will never take a vehicle here ever again. Unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff is a recipe for disaster.

Amazingly kind staff. I went in late in the day to have my tire plugged. I ended up needing a new tire, and they took great care of me. Later, I noticed the wrong tire had been switched out, so they fit me in at the last minute and replaced the tire for free. Now, I have two brand new tires... and I know Ive found a business I can depend on. People dont always realize what a sacrifice it is to stay late for a customer. Everyone has families they want to see. Firestone stands behind their work and looks out for their customers. Make sure you tell this team thank you! Make sure you tell others about your great experience, because it really makes a difference for good businesses like this!

Left my car there for a simple oil change and to get two bulbs replaced, thinking I would get it back that evening, as there was no discussion about the possibility of my car staying overnight. Called a few hours later to check on my car, and no one answered. Called several more times and still no answer. Finally had to walk to the store to find out it was closed. NO ONE from Firestone had even attempted to contact me to let me know my car wouldnt be done today and would be kept overnight. I work 45 minutes away, and now have no idea how I will be making it to work thanks to this Firestone MAJORLY dropping the ball on communicating with this customer. Highly dissatisfied.

Really helpful front staff—though theyll try and finagle you into an unnecessary "fine tooth comb check;" not sure what that means for cars that dont have the premium treatment. Always happy with prices and professionalism; however, last time I came in a was sure the get a guarantee on fluid check/replacement with my extra-expense look over. Didnt notice my license plate light was burnt (ok, fine) , but Ill be damned if they didnt refill my windshield wiper fluid. The whole purpose of me going in for a long road trip and I was kind of disappointed that that was overlooked. 2.5 stars.

Awful service and incredibly bad customer satisfaction. They didnt call me whether my car was ready nor answered my calls. My car stayed there overnight and in the morning still no one answered my calls. I called the customer service and they connected me to this branch. The guy on the phone lied that they called us and hang up on me. I went to pick up my car and refused to pay, they agreed. Then I realized that they didnt even fix the car. If I hadnt refused, I was going to pay for nothing plus bad treatment. No more getting closer to this horrible place.

Terrible Experience. Took the vehicle in for a slight coolant leak. They charged me $500 for the repair. I was told it was fixed and left with the vehicle. The problem persisted, and if anything got worse. I brought the car back in explaining that the coolant leak never disappeared. I was told the coolant could just be "settling", and they topped off my coolant. The vehicle is still leaking, but I am passed the date for which they guarantee their "service". The problem was never properly addressed, and I wasted $500. Please Take your vehicle elsewhere.

I tried to call and set up an appointment for an alignment, it took over 5 minutes before someone answered the phone who then said hold please and immediately placed me on hold without waiting for me to answer or hearing anything I was saying which I then stayed on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up and called back and the exact same thing happened as the guy answered to tell me to put me on hold I tried to tell him Ive already been waiting and he ignored me and put me on hold anyway I will never try again there

The manager is rude, and simply hang up my phone call because I pointed out that they overcharge on the parts. Just to make it more fun, I said I needed a rear struts replacement and they kept asking me about the headlight leveling function of my car... I have no idea how she became manager, but for sure shes managing it "GOOD". Never, ever going to a Firestone just for that. I didnt catch her name, but she freaking hung me up on the phone. Terrible crappy business. Dont come here.
