Do not go to High Speed Tire to have any tire or wheel work done. Took my car there today to take my winter wheels off and put my summers on. They had to take the TPMS out of my stock wheels to put them into another set. While putting the tires on/off they scraped one of my wheels badly enough to take the finish off in four places. When I brought this to their attention, the manager explained to me how their machines cost $9,000 and how that if it had damaged the wheels it would be a big scrape. He also explained to me (while treating me like I was a child) that my 225/40/18s had such a small sidewall that it was really not their fault, it is so hard to do. I wonder why other shops have been able to do it without damaging the wheels? I then said that they were using crowbars to get my tires unmounted, he did not respond to that. He offered to take 10$ off the cost of the swap. Thanks. So basically I had 4 wheels (1 with a small curb scrape) and three were perfect. Now I have 1 perfect wheel and three scraped up wheels. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE... like I said if you care about your wheels, dont go to High Speed. EDIT: Your response to my claim makes no sense. Yes your owner explained to me that the machines would not damage the wheels, but IT WAS THE CROWBARS that you were using that slipped in the workers hands and scratched my wheels when they were removing and installing the tires. I STOOD THERE AND WATCHED IT HAPPEN. Now you get on here and again try to say it was not your $9k machine. Ridiculous. I take better care of my wheels than most people do their cars. I know the average person has curb rash and scrapes all over their wheels, because they do not care. You could damage their wheels and they would never know. The issue is that I take meticulous care of my wheels, and knew for a fact that there was only one small curb rash on 1 of the wheels. There was ZERO other damage. You damaged my property and refused to acknowledge the mistake. I gave you more than one chance to make this right and you decided not to.

Everything was terrible. My van wasnt starting, and I was pretty sure the starter needed to be replaced. I called here and got a quote for replacing the starter, but was also told they would need to do a $70 electrical inspection to find out what was really wrong. Having called around to a few shops this seemed a little expensive but close to standard. So I took it in, told them what I thought it was and let them inspect it. They said it was the starter, and replaced it. The next day they called me and said something along the lines of, someone has messed up these wires in here and were gonna have to replace them. So I said, ok thats fine. Thinking that since I had over 300 dollars worth of work done they would replace some wires and it would be part of the service. When I went to pay for the service they had tacked on an extra 130 dollars, and told me they replaced the solenoid. This is a 15-20 dollar part that takes about 10 minutes to replace. Also I can do it myself and would have if they had said this needs to be replaced (which is what I paid $70 for in the first place). So I asked to see the broken parts they replaced, and they said they didnt have them. I asked how I could have been driving the van around if one of those parts was broken and the other wasnt, not possible. So they told me with a straight face they must have broken at the same time. Everyone was extremely condescending in the situation, and was clearly running me for my money. So I pay because I have to if I want my van. Then within a week it isnt starting right again. I call them to tell them whats happening, and they tell me I can bring it in again...yeah sure. Then I ask if they put a new starter on or a rebuilt starter, because on the bill it said "new starter" and was the price of a new starter. Its a rebuilt starter they say... Never going back here, and I hope you dont make the same mistakes as me. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

4 visits to fix a flat tire, still not fixed. Visit 1, came to fix a flat, $15, couple days later, still leaking. Visit 2, found that they fixed the wrong tire the first time, this time they fixed a different tire, didnt charge. A few days later, still leaking. Now frustrated, went to a different place, they told me one of the tires had been overbuffed leading to an unfixable leak, and also the tire pressure sensor was broken off. Visit 3, came back to the original place, they agreed to replace the damaged tire at no cost, but not the sensor because they said it could have been the other place that broke it. Fair enough, I agreed to pay for them to replace the sensor, but they had to order it, so I had to come back later for ... Visit 4, replaced the sensor, $125 ... but tire pressure monitoring system still not working!! Why not? Because the program has to be reset by an authorized dealer at a cost of another $50. So I will be a total of $190 out of pocket for a problem that was originally just a flat tire, and I still need to pay another visit to a dealer to actually fix my problem. I was not too angry until after visit 4 because, to be fair, they took care of the damaged tire and the sensor damage could indeed have been due to the other place I visited. But I was really frosted about finding out that their replacing the pressure sensor didnt actually fix the pressure monitoring system at all and I would still have to go to the dealer and pay more to get it fixed. That is absolutely something they should have told me before doing that repair, not after. When I told them so on the phone they were totally unapologetic and clearly didnt consider that to be their problem. I do consider these guys honest and not malicious but the fact is that I started with just a leaking tire and I have now gone there 4 times and paid $140 and my car is actually worse off now than the first time I went.

Update: Just took my car to my hometown mechanic (I made the 90 minute drive to know I could trust the work) and it turns out both the upper and lower motor mounts needed replaced. The lower was still the original, and the upper was too small and was jerry-rigged using nuts, bolts, and bearings to get it to fit. I have attached a photo of the pieces from my car - that my mechanic so kindly kept for me - to show just how small the motor mount is. ___________________________ BEWARE: females and young (potentially new to understanding the world of cars) people, they take full advantage of you!! My car was vibrating and had a ticking noise coming from the front end so I took it in to have it checked out. Got a call a few days later that it was good to go and had the 2 lower control arms and upper motor mount replaced. I noticed two new noises while driving it home and the vibration had worsened. So I took it back to have it double checked. Four days later they called me back and said it was ready. When I asked what was wrong they tried to avoid telling me and eventually said (direct quote), "Sweetie, dont take this the wrong way but your car is old. Thats why its making so many sounds." No dip its old...thats why it needs repairs lol. And thats not why I brought it back the second time. I reminded them that I had brought it back because of noises that werent there when I took it in the first place. So, after prying a little bit I was finally told that they had put the motor mount on backwards using a part size that was too big. When I drove it home again the vibration was still there so they did not fully diagnose/fix the problem. I paid $866 for a few parts and a WHOLE lot of inconvenience. It definitely felt like they were trying to hide their mistake from me and they talked to me like I was an airhead. C I will never go back here again.
