Excellent customer service!!! I love this place! I recently relocated to the Carmel area from Phoenix and it was difficult to find a good dry cleaner for a good price, until I tried this location. I always get our clothes back in a reasonable amount of time. As a matter of fact, if I needed something back sooner, they go above and beyond to try to make it happen. Recently I was in and needed a favor that seemed impossible, and they never said no, they said "lets problem solve this!" Needless to say, I was very grateful! They asked to keep an article of clothing for an extra day so they could continue to get a stain out, and the stain came out! Every time I go in, the owners are really friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend trying this dry cleaning business! Very well run!
