I called to get a quote on how much it would cost to get 3 items cleaned (formal dress, dress pants and a wedding dress). The lady on the phone told me $18.95 +$1.50 for beading on the dress, $6.95 for the pants, and $105 for the wedding dress to get cleaned or $145 for the dress to get cleaned and boxed. I thought those prices were decent, so I told her I would be in within the next few days to drop the items off. When I got there two days later I was charged $172.55 for my wedding dress and $25.95 for my formal dress. I also had a coupon from the entertainment book (25% off your cleaning order of $20 or more) that I said I would like to use towards my wedding dress--but she divided my items into two orders and took the 25% off the formal dress and the pants (the less expensive order...not cool especially when I asked for it to be taken off my wedding dress order). It is very upsetting when I am expecting to pay around $100 for my order (because I had a coupon) and end up paying close to $200! I am not terribly happy with the Sheldon Dry Cleaners in Grandville.

Overpriced. Stay away at all cost. When I dropped off my jacket, I got a quote for $16. A next day I got an email saying my jacket is ready and the bill is $22. I bought my jacket for $30 so Im not gonna pay $22 to get it clean. You guys can have it
