I live about 2 blocks from Deering Cleaners so I took my clothes there regularly for about 2 months. However, I noticed significant quality problems with numerous garments. First, my suits came back with odd creases in the pants, with the liner bunched in odd places. Second, they starch EVERYTHING, even silk blouses!. Third, they take absolutely no care in ironing if there are any details (pleats, ruffles, etc). I specifically asked for a silk dress with laser-cut layers and a blouse with a ruffle collar to be hand cleaned and ironed. Both came back looking like an absolute disaster, like they were sloppily thrown on the press, not hand pressed. The owner gave me a discount for the dress, saying that she "was on vacation and was not there to monitor quality". I gave them a second chance with the blouse, but received no response when it was damaged. I will not be going back. And too bad for them - with their high prices, they were making at least $50/week to clean all of my work clothes!

The worst dry cleaning experience Ive ever had. The manager Bob does not return calls and has horrible customer service skills. Alterations damaged the garment and Bobs response is that it was dropped off that way. His policy is for his staff to NOT call him and to not give his number out (understandably), however he makes zero effort to follow up. His staff is great and are a pleasure to work with. Recommend not having items fixed at this location or ever having to deal with Bob.

I took my daughters wedding dress to them in July, 2016 and it is now February, 2017. I was told it could take up to 8 weeks. After 12 weeks, I started calling and have left three messages with an individual for the owner and I have also left four additional voice mail messages. They have HORRIBLE customer service. At this point, I just want to pick up the dress.

All they had to do was launder and press two commercial pilot shirts....got them back and went to pack and leave and they had wrinkles and dirt (from Deering) on both shirts. Had to leave for flights and did not have enough shirts. Taking them back for a refund and going to another cleaners. Wish I would have read the horrible reviews first. Dont bother going here.

Theyve now ruined numerous white shirts of mine. Nice white shirts too. Shirts from Brooks Brothers that cost $90 each. Almost like theyre washing them in dirty water. Ive given them several "second chances," but Im no longer going to take my clothing there.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the nicest cleaners that I have ever been to. They do a great job and the girls are very friendly. They even put buttons back on my shirt, that I had broken, without me asking them to. They get a big two thumbs up from me.

Extremely disappointed! Deering used to do a great job. I just had to take back two shirts that anyone could tell were very poorly pressed. Inexcusable. I hope they dont waste my time with the do over.
