I recently dropped off 4 dresses and 1 light jacket. I should have taken it as a sign he rushed checking it in and didnt bother to ask if there was anything he needed to do, I made sure to point out a couple stains on the dresses and jacket but I could tell he wasnt very attentive. When I picked them up the 3 out of 4 dresses were not cleaned at all and the jacket stain wasnt even attempted to have been removed. Needless to say for the $60 I spent it was not worth the money! To top it off the one dress that was cleaned was snagged and ruined! I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone

These folks did a good job cleaning a suit and dress I dropped off, but I would hesitate to use them again because they dont give you a receipt when you drop off your items. So, if you came to pick them up, you have no way of proving that you ever left anything with them to begin with. They use a system where you just tell them your address, so in theory someone else could take your stuff (although they would have to pay the fee at pick-up).

love these guys! been going there for 6+ years. everyone is nice and knows me by name. I miss them now because Im addicted to the home delivery service! futher, Ive never lost a single piece of clothing. they also went above and beyond on an old blazer when it came to finding new buttons.
