Tuchman Cleaners at 5510 Lafayette Rd has been my cleaners for the past 7 years and while its nice to know many of the people who work there by name the quality has gone downhill. It used to be my shirts would be returned with new buttons when they were damaged but now I must ask for them to be repaired and frequently need to let them know which side of my french cuffs need to be finished. If it werent for the location Id move on. Update - a recent visit on a Sunday at 11:50am (10 minutes before posted end of business day) found the store closed and the attendant inside unwilling to allow me in to pick up my dry cleaning. This unfortunately confirmed my recent experiences with Tuchmans at this location. I will avoid at all cost.
