We had my daughters letter mans jacket cleaned at the Avon location. It took 3 weeks for it to come back instead of the promised 1-2 weeks. When we finally did get the jacket it was stained with red in several places on the black wool. We returned the jacket to the Avon location and asked for the manager to call us. That never happened. We were told by the counter staff when we called back daily that the jacket was being sent back out. It was sent back out on September 16th and we were told it would be back today, September 23rd. I called and was told the jacket was in but when we went to the store to pick it up we found it was someone elses jacket with our ticket on it. We are extremely concerned that not only was our jacket ruined but now it has been lost. The jacket has a $300 value and is covered in irreplaceable championship patches. We have now left 4 messages and have yet to receive a call back from the manager at the Avon location. I left a message on September 17th with Mike Washington and he did call me back that day. He promised to cal me back the next day and update me on when we could get the jacket back and also on the status of refunding us the cleaning fee we had paid. He never called back. I have left another message for him. I need someone who can confirm that our jacket has not been lost to call me. I need a refund processed. We are expecting that we will need the $300 value of the jacket reimbursed to us. However, at this point it is most important that we get the jacket so that we can have the patches back. This situation has driven my daughter who worked hard to earn patches and paid the original $300 herself to tears. I am extremely disappointed that management of your organization is so irresponsible. Without the counter staff we would know nothing.

No real issue with the product, great job cleaning my shirts and pants. But I can get that done anywhere. My first time in, I was charged $40 more than I was QUOTED. Then blamed. After fighting for credit I was granted the difference. My second time in, I was asking for them to repair 2 pairs of jeans and 2 pants missing buttons, a $10 fix. Excited to use my credit...when I went to retrieve my pants I was told that I must pay cash, that they dont "ring up" repairs because a different person ("her own business") performs the repair. And she only accepts cash. I dont have cash. Not allowed to use my store credit I pointed out that this was wrong, I am a customer of Tuchman and not the seamstress unlicensed business. I should be able to use my card or store credit as a Tuchman customer, who they outsource to isnt my problem. The transaction being kept off the books is their problem, not being able to produce a receipt is their problem. I was then blamed again saying "I told you that it had to be cash" and "I cant believe you wont give her $5". I let the employee know this is illegal business practice. Being the pushover I am (maybe trying to prove $10 wasnt the problem) I went to the bank and got cash. I will not be back, enjoy my store credit.

Horrible Service from manager Tammy! Answered the phone very rude and was yelling at employees in the back of the store when i walked in. She then proceeded to walk to the front and ask me in a rude demeanor if i "needed something". I then asked to speak to a manager and she replied that she was the owner of the store. I then asked why an owner would so rude to a prospecting client. She then in a grunting manner rolled her eyes and proceeded to ask me again if "i needed something" completely ignoring my question. My Aunt has also been a customer for a number of years at this location and discontinued business due to the rude nature of this new manager. I do not understand why a company with a Customer Service would put a individual in charge that lacks any customer service skills. The entire time i was in the store she acted as if i was bothering her. I was completely disgusted and i will never do business with this company again!!! Earl Mose

Iam a first time user of this dry cleaner.i took in 4 shirts this morning and wen I collected them they were creases as if they were not pressed, the lady on duty said it was the machine where they hang the clothes that had caused that and offered to redo them and I refused,if they cant do a job well the first time what guarantees that they will do a good one the second time.I will never step my foot in there or recomend anyone to use them

I needed my suit and shirt cleaned and pressed within a day. They did an excellent job on the suit. However, I received the shirt back with wrinkles on the left shoulder / chest area. So, while they did got the job done within the quoted time, unfortunately the work was not flawless.

I needed my suit cleaned and pressed before leaving town for my mothers funeral. The staff, Jessica in particular, were incredibly helpful and got my suit ready for me as quickly as they could. I am so grateful.

Generally, a decent dry cleaner. Ive had a couple of hiccups (lost item, alterations not done, etc.) but Ive never NOT had that at a dry cleaner. All in all Id recommend it.
