Dry Cleaning services are top notch. Customer Service is priority #1. The only reason I give it 3-stars is for alteration services. I had 10 drapery panels hemmed to 87". We paid $200 for this service. All but four came back remarkably wrong. For example, one panel was 87" on one side and 89" on the other. When we approached the owner after sending them back and having them corrected, he wanted to charge us because his seamstress was charging him to do it over, even though it was grossly incorrect. He gave us the seamstress phone number and told us to call her if we had issues. Passing the buck (literally and figuritively) to us was the nail in the coffin. Up until this point, I have been very pleased with their services.

I drove in from out of state and needed some clothes cleaned and pressed. My total was $129!! The lady running the desk did not give me any prices when I dropped of my clothes. She didnt answer the phone even one of the 6 times I called. She also had a bad attitude from the beginning. Absolute worst cleaners Ive ever encountered.

My prom dress shipped in a shoe box. The people at Green Street cleaners spent the extra time and effort to make it look better than the one I tried on at the boutique.
