The first time I dropped off a few pair of pants and everything was returned, cleaned, and nice. The second time I dropped off 3 shirts and 5 pair of pants. Only 4 pair of pants were returned. However, they rarely give a drop off receipt here unless you make them basically hand write one. They only entered 4 in their computer system and said I only dropped off 4. I shouldve learned from this mistake but I gave them a fair shot and went again... The third time I dropped off 4 suits, one pant with alterations. I went in to pick up the suits and he said he didnt have any suits dropped off. I had made the other person at the time that works there (a lady) hand write a receipt which I pulled out of my pocket and he said, "Oh, I have them here". But the pants, which had been promised to be made ready, were not ready. 4 days later, business days, the pants were still not ready and they acted confused yet again as if they didnt have the pants. I still havent gotten these back and so far Im out at least one pair and maybe two.

My mom used them to clean my dads suit, and when she got home found that they had given her the WRONG jacket. She went by there and they acted like they had no idea how that could happen. No offer of refunding the dry cleaning cost. And now she has to buy a new suit. Which they should pay for.

Grace has been taking care of my weekly dry cleaning and my dress shirt laundering for 20 years now. Almost never a goof up, always a smile, and they do a great job every time.
