I brought in a small silk carpet that was covered with cat hair to be cleaned and asked how much it would cost. The Chinaman said: "you tell me!" I said "$10.00," to which he said "no, no, $20.00. I said "no thanks, and as I was walking away he said "okay, $15.00!" A few days later, when the carpet was ready he called me and asked when I would come to pick it up, to which I told him that I was not sure when, but next time I was in the neighborhood, I would pick up the carpet. Two days later, he called again with a pressured voice and asked me when I was going to pick up the carpet! I had to say "I dont know" four times before he was done with his call. I just picked up the carpet and handed him a $20. He smiled and said "Thank you." I said "No, no, we already agreed on $15.00." and he then begrudginly took his wallet oujt of his pocket and gave me the $5. When I got home I discovered that the top of the carpet was clean, but that the bottom of the carpet was matted with cat hair! This is clearly a case of Customer Abuse and have decided never to bargain with this man about price again! Stay clear of this place so that you dont get taken to the cleaners!

My son took his brand new graduation clothes to this location and was given a promised ready date which was the Friday before graduation. When he went to pick them up, his clothes were not there. They were at the "processing plant" and not due to be delivered until the following Monday! This left my son without clothes for graduation. Store employees were rude hanging up on my three times. Told me "I was wasting their time". Dont use this cleaners!!! Unprofessional and disorganized. Resulted in me having to go purchase new clothes the evening before graduation. Unbelievable!

My daughters dress shrunk a couple of sizes, and the owner was not willing to take any responsibility. He tried to intimidate and bully us when we went into the cleaners to show him the dress.The two women employees I spoke with were very friendly and understanding, but when the owner got involved, he was rude, obnoxious, and didnt offer any resolution. I would highly discourage anyone using this cleaners.

Do not come to this place. I brought my bag to this store, and they made me waited for 5 weeks after I was promised to get it within 2 to 3 weeks. And, I found my bag was not even cleaned at all. On top of that, they ruined my bag, they made they bag leather creasing everywhere and they refused to solve the problem and refund me. Spread the words, and save your time and property, go to other stores.

Cleaning still out on cleaning quality but will remark that I was appalled with regards to the cost. $5+ per pair of dress slacks and $2+ per casual business dress shirts was waaaayyyy too much. Back home I could have had the same work completed on 14-16 pieces of clothing for the same price.

The Crosstown Cleaners on College Mall road actually opens at 7:30am on weekdays as of 9.29.10. Just a heads up. Good cleaner.
