I recently commissioned into the Air Force and brought my (and my boyfriends) uniforms here to be dry-cleaned before the ceremony. I went to pick them up the day before, only to realize that they had closed early because it was Saturday and wouldnt be open on Sunday. After I had a mini-meltdown in the parking lot, I happened to run into the owner of the store next door who happened to have the phone number of the man who owns the dry cleaner. I explained my situation and offered to drive over and meet me in the morning so that I could pick up our uniforms in time for our commissioning ceremony. When I went to pick them up he refused to allow me to give him a tip of any kind. In fact, he wouldnt take more than a twenty and my bill was $22! Further, my uniforms have been nothing less than excellent every time Ive brought them here (most places dont press the pants/sleeves in the same place and leave multiple lines where there should only be one).

I went there to get a traditional Indian outfit dry cleaned. That being said, there are many different designs and studs all over the outfit and it was messy from the last time and there was loose threads. The owner advised me that it may loosen things up but I still went ahead and did it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had it done by the time he quoted me. When I went to pick it up, the outfit looked brand new and he even fixed up some of the loose threads and not came out or was damaged from the design. I was very happy and it is highly appreciated that they went out of their way to fix the loose threads. I will be back and I recommend this place to anyone!

I brought in my dry clean only comforter and requested they DRY CLEAN it. They put it in the washing machine! ?? It faded so badly that it no longer matched my pillow shams and bed skirt. When I brought it back, assuming they would refund and replace it, the manager refused to! He said it was my fault as there was no tag saying dry-clean only. I told him I asked for dry cleaning, and he said he wouldnt argue and asked me to leave. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, as well as trying to warn other customers!

I dropped off two pairs of pants to get dry cleaned. These are uniform pants with pleats. One pair they did an outstanding job on. The other, they screwed the pleats up badly, completely ignoring the existing pleats and creating new ones parallel to the existing ones or branching off of existing ones as much as 30 degrees. I spent half an hour trying to correct the pleats to no avail. Hopefully I can get the pleats looking proper in time.

Do not go here! I brought in two $68 black turtlenecks and upon receipt of the items noted a color difference in fabric. I called a couple days later and they did not apologize, did not offer money back for tops upon request, and told me they cant do anything for me. I had to fight with someone for them to give me back the $10.50 in cleaning fees. took items somewhere else and they said they scorched my tops and that they were ruined.

This place is great. Always friendly, quick turn around, and always outstanding service. Never had a problem after three years of going here and they always go above and beyond to help me out in a tight timeline. Mark and Angelique I believe her name is, are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Elite is the BEST place to get clothes dry cleaned in Tampa. The owner is more than willing to help with any clothing situation and they are always timely. They will even pick up and drop off your clothing. They always clean my clothes perfectly and I have been going to them for 4+ years. Amazing service.

Been using them for years. The service has been excellent and I have yet to encounter a problem. The staff is friendly and the cleaning is done on the premises by people who know what they are doing.
