This place sucks, they didnt dry clean my shirt when I asked for dry clean, then the owner said to the customer, it is the way it is, very bad customer service. When you did something wrong with your operations, then admit it and make the customer feel good. I will never go to this place again, never! Please also be care of on their discount program, they are not really discount on everything. they trap you first, then they tell you, some of your stuff doesnt have discount. that is really sucks.

Not pleased! When I picked up my husbands dress shirts, the pressing job was horrific! You could clearly see the starch on most all of the shirts. I could have done a better job at home and saved myself the money and trouble of dealing with this cleaners. This is not the first problem I have had with this cleaner. I will not be using them anymore. In response to Jonathans comment, Id agree. It does look as if someone in the company is "talking-up" their own locations.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, and felt like I should say something since Ive gone here for years without incident. Theyve always been friendly and have cleaned and even repaired all my clothes in a timely manner for what seems to be a fair price. I will continue to go here. They seem to have plenty of satisfied customers, so Im not sure whats going on with their Google reviews.

Lost a sash of mine that went with a dress. They told me they couldnt do anything about it because "its not like they lost the WHOLE dress." Its the type of dress and sash where you cant wear the dress without it - and it was expensive! DONE with these people!
