Counted the washers and dryers out of order. Only 54% of the washers work and 52% of their dryers work. Not too mention some of those machines are constantly in use by the staff for drop off laundry. Sure its cheap but I dont understand how it stays open. It is sad really. A month ago 2 more washers worked. Nothing ever gets fixed.

I have not even been to this place yet. All I did was call to get their hours. I was rudely greeted on the phone and given a short rude answer. Just by that initial interaction, I would assume these people are ruder than rude and for no reason. I will never give them any of my service.

Helpful folks there all the time. Clean and good, tv with sound and plenty of seats. Seems though, half the dryers are always out of order and only 1 large captaincy washing machine. *last load of laundry needs to be started 1 hour before they close.

Always do my laundry here because its close to my place. They have a lot of washing machines but most of them out of order. The same thing with dryers. Would be great if they would fix that.

Half of the machines were out of order. Id give the facility only one star but the staff was helpful and cheery, therefore the extra star. But easily the worst functioning laundry Ive ever been.

Disgusting. Dryers smell like piss. Almost all of the dryers are " out of order " and there is water leaking from the washing machines. Please try another laundromat. Im disgusted

Boo. Take my dirty close elsewhere. Completely rude staff. Always out of order and washer machine doesnt wash very well. Guess outdated and need replaced. As well the staff.

Old and a little dirty but the cashier was friendly and it gets the job done. Living in New Buffalo, MI and it was cheaper than the laundry mat in New Buffalo.

Disgusting.. 2 thirds of the machines dont work. Some of them even leak, so they have towels down everywhere. Dont go here! Save yourself the trouble.

Only a couple washers work and dryers if they dont over heat or continuously wash One washer wouldnt stop rinsing my load
