Normally I take the time to Thank a business, but in this case Im so far from being thankful...My wife decided to try the company for dry cleaning. She dropped off numerous items in their care to only receive 13 out of 16 shirts back. The company found one of the 3 missing shirts, then denies having the other 2 missing shirts. The owner Dan Rorie spoke rudely to my wife cutting her off numerous times while she was speaking. After upsetting my wife, she called me and asked that I contact Dan Rorie. When I tried speaking to Dan Rorie, he began to continually cut me off while I was speaking as well. He denies making the mistake and could care less that he would lose my business. In fact me being a Christian man, I noticed how he sarcastically used the "God Bless You sir" and "God will handle this" in manners we dont appreciate. I have put a written complaint into the Better Business which he is not affiliated with I should say...(Red flag right there). The owner is rude and careless... UPDATE: I have worked with the BBB and the owner refuses to place the 2 missing shirts...BUT! He wants to give me credit towards future business!!! Now how many good people of Nashville would continue to "TRUST" a person like I have explained earlier in the above complaint? I have now filed with Consumer Affairs, and I feel its necessary to "seek" advice from a very well known Attorney in the Nashville area. I will keep everyone informed of any new actions from this point on....

Dirty operation. I trusted this place with two white garments. Each garment was made of two types of bright white fabric (polyester and cotton) Each of my white garments (Brooks Brothers dress and all white Tahari jacket) came back dingy and gray on the fabric that took to the dirty cleaning solvent the store uses. Dry cleaners reuse solvent on multiple loads of clothes. The solvent is expensive to replace and not great for the environment. This place seems be "green" in not refreshing their solvent BUT the consequence is that clothing is washed with a dirty solution which doesnt effectively clean and can even stain. When I pointed out the now two-toned white and gray garments they responded, "I dont know what your clothes looked like before this." And refused to provide a refund on the botched dry clean job. If you go here, check your clothes thoroughly, especially any light garments made of two types of fabric. I will not be returning.

If i could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my comforter to be cleaned by these people and returned when they told me. I was then told to come back the next day which was a Saturday then I show up and I am told that "it all messed up inside" and " it sent for alterations" ready tuesday. At this point Im like wtf? Where is my comforter and what do you mean "all mess up inside"???? I just wanted my comforter back and had to call the police to get it returned to me. The man who works the front, Asian guy who said it all mess up, is extremely rude and got very disrespectful with me and chose to ignore me and not explain what was going on which was why I had to resort to calling the police. They washed my comforter when I specifically told him dry clean only and they were going to send it to be taken apart, re-stuffed and put back together. Awful, do not trust them with your things.

Do NOT Take your clothes here. I was a frequent customer until I dropped 3 pairs of BRAND NEW PANTS to be altered. They lost EVERYTHING, and refused to re-imburese me. On top of that, they were completely rude and yelled at me when I suggested that I expect to be re-imbursed for their mistake. They never admitted they lost my clothing. They barely speak english so trying to hash this out was nearly impossible. My blood is still boiling Im so mad!!!

Bobby Bae - owner - just opened a new shop in Bellevue. While the first few weeks were awesome but recently its become just a storefront. Ive had very expensive items ruined and they absolutely refused to pay for the items they messed up. Id suggest that you find another dry cleaner..even its worth driving the extra couple of miles.

Never met such friendly people. The pretty lady in the front is so helpful! They got yearlong wine and beer stains off my clothes and got all my laundry back to me the next day. Ill definitely be using their service again in the future - best in Nashville.
