I have repeatedly received a quote for cleaning, hemming, etc...and then when I go to pick it up..they want to charge me more and withhold my garments until I pay. This has happened repeatedly and the first time I let it go as a misunderstanding...but this time it was made clear upon drop off what the charge would be (since I made sure of due to previous misunderstanding), but they withheld my garment until I paid the increased amount. They also did extra services (pressing and cleaning) when they were not even authorized to do the hemming we had discussed. And when I got home..they had ruined the garment anyway. Heed my advice and stay away..or you will only have yourself to blame. Once bitten...twice shy..or in may case..trice shy.

I went and I was charged for a cleaning and fixing a hole in a comforter. I get it back cleaned but the hole was still there. Dont know if Ill go back.
