I have been using the Village Cleaners for many years. I have all my clothes dry cleaned and starched by them. I do not know why other peoples buttons seam to break, but I rarely have a broken button. If a botton is broken it is usually due to the age of the button. My starched shirts are perfect about 95% of the time, and creases are correct. They give a Vanderbilt discount which helps with the cost. The staff are great, they get your dry cleaning done on time, and the finished product, in my opinion, is top notch. For many years I tried other dry cleaners and they broke a lot of buttons. Do not get me wrong, I have had some problems but they are rarem and they always take care of the problem immediately. Who has not had a problem at some time or another with a dry cleaner. I have even left $10 and $20 bills in my pockets and they returned them to me when I picked up my cleaning. I highly recommend them.

Village Cleaners provides the most abysmal dry cleaning service I have ever encountered. I dropped off several sport coats, several sweaters and about a dozen dress shirts for cleaning and pressing. When I picked them up, I was surprised by how little it cost me. However, I quickly learned why. One of the sport coats had a large crease running all the way down the front, a second sport coat had a large wrinkle across one of the lapels, several of the dress shirts had wrinkles running the length of the torso, the collar on one dress shirt was bent at about a 45 degree angle, and the sweaters looked like they had never been cleaned. Anyone who wants decent dry cleaning service would be better off paying a few dollars more and taking their dry cleaning somewhere else.

This sounds odd but this was the first place that made us feel "at home" when we moved to Nashville. Our former dry cleaner in Florida always knew our names and so when we first had to take our stuff and fill out our names every time it was just a reminder of our life in FLORIDA. But it didnt take long for Jerry to recognize us and start to make us feel at home. Now, we pull up and by the time Ive made it in our items our ready and the team is there with a smile. They always ask how things are going and make us feel so welcome. Love this place!!!

Very friendly staff and VU discount doesnt make up for constant poor dry cleaning and broken buttons. Although they do re-sew your buttons on, if you can locate a spare or purchase new ones (they do say they will pay for replacements.). It is Not worth it, they do not wrap buttons before cleaning items of clothing, or dont wrap well enough to not break them in half. Maddening.

Every other cleaner place in Nashville told me that they could not dry clean my full sized quilt for under $40, but Nashville Cleaners did it for $21. Not only was it a great cleaning job, but I think they fixed some of the stitching. I also got a student discount when I showed my Belmont ID. Definitely the best cleaners in Nashville!

Had a horrible experience. Took in several expensive shirts and most are now ruined. My shirts were not clean when I picked them up and two of them that are a silky fabric that came out pilly and the material is completely ruined. I would recommend only taking clothes that you dont really care about to this cleaner.

Great service, super friendly staff, quite simply the best dry cleaning and service experience in Nashville. For 17 plus years the quality and consistency have always been there time and time again. If you do have a problem, they will tend to it immediately, they are the very definition of quality service with a smile.
