I lived in Chicago and moved to Nashville in October last year.i searched a laundry shop in Google and found the laundry shop which got a lot of good reviews. It looked good because it had a Drive thru and looked big. However, the price of dry cleaning was so expensive that I was a bit surprised and thus, a Chinese woman discounted the price. The problem occurred when i went to the laundry shop to get back my clothes. I entered the shop two times when i gave my clothes and get back them. In particular, when i got back my clothes, a Mexican girl with bobbed-hair helped her, however, she was very rude and unkind to the customer. I put 16 clothes to the laundry shop and all stains were removed. Nevertheless, what was the biggest issue that made me upset. that staff would help or ask me if i needed help, however, the Mexican girl did not any comment and went to her seat to play with her mobile phone. If the number of clothes was few, i would understand the staff. However, how come the staff could not ask a basic comment such as “Do you need some help?” when the number of clothes was even 16? I could not understand the staff. It is natural for staff in the laundry shop to help a customer. Even though i complained how the employer of the laundry shop educated employees, i thanked the Chinese woman and man for saying “Can I help you?” to me, but refused their help as i was already very angry due to the staff, the Mexican girl. I wanna say that even if there were nice staff, i would never use the laundry shop again. Also, i could not understand why people left many good reviews about the laundry shop. I. hopes that many people and the employer of the laundry shop can read this review and the employer should take action against the staff, the Mexican girl. I still does not understand why the employer is employing the staff and warns prospective customers to be careful of the Mexican girl because i would neither help you nor ask a basic service comment even if you have too many clothes.

I hate to write bad reviews and often dont, but feel this one is important. Ive been using this cleaner for almost 2 years, have been very happy with them. They do both the regular and "green" non-chemical cleaning methods. I always requested the green, as I am sensitive to the chemical method. I brought most all of my winter sweaters a few weeks ago and they came back with a strong perfume smell. This can happen when the machine was not cleaned and previous clothes had perfume on them. I could not wear my sweaters as I have a strong sensitivity to perfumes. They told me they could re-do them, free of charge. When I brought the clothes in (most were still in the plastic), one of the workers started sniffing them, telling me that she didnt smell anything. That action lost me as a customer right there. When I picked up the clothes that were re-done, the manager quickly brought them out, no apology, no telling me he hoped this fixed it. I got the clothes home and they still stunk of perfume but also seemed to have the standard chemical dry cleaning smell on them -- strongly. Im shopping for a new cleaner.

This place has zero integrity and poor management. I requested a couch cushion cover to be dry cleaned and instead they chose to wash it. The washing caused the cushion cover to shrink and cease fitting my cushion. They also returned the cover wrinkled, proving the item was washed. They would not own up to their mistakes and I had to buy new cushion cover. To top things off, I had to make three separate visits to try to settle this issue with no final resolution or compensation.

I flew in from out of town for a conference and had a suit that needed hemming. i stopped on my way to my hotel and they went out of their way to hem my suit while i waited since the only mode of transportation i had was a cab. They were simply fabulous, i would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I called multiple dry cleaners and they were the only ones willing to help me out. What a great customer-centric business!!!

Moved here from Los Angeles where dry cleaners are about as common as Starbucks and legal marijuana shops... Nashville... tough. I live in East Nashville and was super unhappy with the prices at one place, and the quality of work at another. I settled on the drive to Nashville Cleaners, and although its not the most convenient place for me, they have done great work for the past 3 years. Honest.

Ive just moved from California and was looking for a new dry cleaners near my house.Long story short i saw this cleaners had good reviews and decided to give it a try. The people that work here are very friendly and are fast working people.They had my clothes ready the next day, spotless without any stains. This cleaners will forever be my dry cleaners.

This is a great dry cleaner! You can choose to have regular solvent or "Green" solvent which is non-toxic with no odor at all. They did a whole bunch of cleaning for me recently and everything came out perfectly! Prices and turn-around time are good, with drive-through service, too. Highly recommend!

Recommended. There is a multi-lane drive thru in the front where the staff come out to your car if youre in a hurry. The employees are nice and Ive yet to have any problems with my clothes. One time I left my wallet in a pair of pants and they promptly called me to let me know.

I love this cleaners. Most of them are vey kind and have been there long time. What I like most about them is "drive thru". In the winter, I never get out of my car and they got me all I need. It is the best.

Blazer came back still with stain on it and a couple of pet hairs. Better than it was but still not perfect. Thought $8.95 was a low price for a blazer. Guess you get what you pay for.

There are plenty of other options for places to take your dry cleaning. The poor management here is not worth it for the average dry cleaning service.
