Me and my family were patrons of signature cleaners for years. They have mixed up a few things but other than that they were pretty good....until recently. I took in a very expensive Item that I had only worn once and they flat out ruined it. There were snags and burn spots (this item was not to be ironed) and when I saw it I was very upset. They took NO responsibility for the incident and on top of it all accused us of leaving a shawl there for 6 months. No one in my family wears a shawl let alone why would that be the main reason for not taking responsibility for the damage? It is beyond me how a business can act like this. The owner and managers said that I brought the dress in ruined and was trying to get money out of them. Now apparently thats what people do but that was not the case. I wore this dress ONLY ONCE for a few hours so there is no way I could have done such significant damage to the dress. I would advise staying away from this business if you want to be treated with respect or care about your clothing being handled with care.

Rude, unprofessional, and certainly unworthy of a dime of my money. We werent in the facility for even five minutes before we determined we would take our business elsewhere. If ratings for this business included (-) it would allow me to rate this business precisely where its rating status should be, at least from the prospective of this one-time potential customer who will never darken the door of this business ever again.
