I brought a number of pieces (valued over $400) to this cleaner and 3 out of the 4 were all but destroyed. My request for a refund was refused and I was unable to wear the damaged clothing. I would never recommend this cleaner to anyone. Rather, I would strongly encourage anyone to go the extra distance to another cleaner who actually cares about the quality of care given to their clothes.

I have been here three times now trying to give them a chance. Everytime she has been rude. Not only did she refuse to do a simple hem on a pair of jeans in the past, the last pair that was hemmed was way too short (and she was offended I wanted to try them on before I left). Not worth the convenience...

Friendly, sometimes a bit distracted but understandable since they do it all from ringing up to ironing. Always explains when a stain will not be treatable and gives me the option of leaving it to try or not. Remembers my kids and gives them lollipops

Horrible expirence. Worker called to ask about a repair. I returned her called just to have it ignored each time. Then she didnt clean or fix the pants and told me I had to wait two more days to pick them up. Take your business elsewhere.
