I read the reviews here and decided it would be good to try my local cleaners for my down comforter (2 weeks old). I took it in on Friday and picked it up on Wednesday as promised. It looks great! I got it home and put it on my bed and there was a 3 inch rip in it. I called them back and spoke with Vicki. She said to bring it in and she would have the owner, Mark look at it. I dropped it off Thursday morning at 9am. I called them back at 11:30am for Mark to say that he could have a seamstriss repair it. The rip is in the middle of one of the patches of fabric so there will be a visible defect. He agreed there would be. I then called back later and explained to him that I should not have to pay the cost of the cleaning and he said he would refund me but that he would not have the seamstriss repair it. He was unfriendly and rude. He offered no solution to my problem and didnt seem to even care. I understand an occasional misshap but when the ownership doesnt even act like they care, then I have an issue. I WILL NOT take anything back to them again if that is how they treat their customers.

Having just moved to the area, I did what I could in researching dry cleaners. According to locals, Vogue Cleaners are one of the better places to take your clothes. However, be ready to pay for sub-par work. The clothes are ok, but for the price that you pay, you would expect more professionalism and attention to detail. Their work is grossly over-priced and apparently the employee/management/owners are ok with giving you wrinkled clothes. Im used to a dry cleaner that would make sure that you were happy with their services, instead of telling you that the price "is just the starting point - you could be paying more!" Customer service was sub-par, the presentation of the clothes were sub-par, the prices were 150% from what my previous dry cleaners average cost was. Be warned! Im sure their work is adequate, but they are very proud of their services. I doubt I will be using their services ever again.

I hate ironing and I often dont have time to anyway. I was blown away to discover that Vogue Cleaners would pick up my dirty shirts, launder them, and return them to my house with a much better press than I would accomplish on my own. All this at a price that seriously cant be beat! The owner has demonstrated on more than one occasion that he really cares about his customers too by resolving a concern I had about pickup and delivery.

Love Vogue Cleaners!!! They do a great job and I love that they pick up and deliver!!! Makes it so easy to get your dry cleaning done when you have a scheduled days that they pick and deliver every week! Whenever my friends ask where to get dry cleaning done, I always tell them to use Vogue and that they pick up & deliver and it is AWESOME!!!!
