This place has offiically lost my business. My fiance dropped off our clothes in the washer and left for an hour to do errands. When he got back, he found that an employee of Ladybug put our stuff in the dryer. I have $180-$200 pairs of jeans that are not supposed to be dried on ANY setting and that will shrink, lose embellishements, etc. when dried. On top of that they charged him for the drying when we wouldnt have dried it all anyway. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I have never heard of a cleaner doing this to a customer who visits their place 1-2 times a week. Also, there are no signs that say this is a "regular practice". I will never recommend this place and if my clothes dont fit like they did before this, the manager is getting a phone call. Very disappointing the way businesses think they can run nowadays.

I believe Ladybug does a good job keeping the laundromat clean and well-lit. They have friendly attendants and are willing to help you use the machines or help carry your laundry back to your vehicle. The dry-cleaning services are good as well. They may not always be able to do a same day service but having a suit ready the next day or so seems to work fine for me.

The place was usually clean (some moldy smells in a few washers) and we only lost money a couple of times, but when my clothes came out of the washer clean and stunk when they came out of the dryer, it was time to look elsewhere.....the never ending country music was annoying.

Its a pretty good place to do what ya gotta do. I usually avoid the place on Saturday or Sunday, but the high powered dryers are awesome. Not a good place to pick up women though. Otherwise it would be a 10 star place!

Open 24/7. Comparable prices and good drycleaning svcs. Clean and safe! 1 minute from the local grocery store, literally next door. Ample parking and well lit parking lot.

They were plenty of washers and dryers but their Corner receivers sometimes dont receive all the quarters and it gets a little frustrating but its pretty good I like it

I do my laundry for 5 bucks and I can remove the lint from the duets before I use them. I love that!
