Buyer Beware! You must have 5 pieces laundered to get the advertised $1.99 price. I had an awful experience at this cleaners, and was charged full price for 3 pieces even though I only had a dress and suit jacket and small white belt attached to the dress. When I questioned why this 2 piece outfit (thats what the label said when I bought it) was the same price as my fiancees 3 piece suit I was told thats just how it rings up! Poor customer service, after a month of getting the run around with the owner and manager I just paid the price to get my dress back. I will never shop here again or recommend them to anyone. I totally agree with the reviewer below and wish I had read it before going there.

I started using Stay Fresh when my regular cleaner closed down. My first interaction with the cleaners I experienced very poor customer service but I gave the lady the benefit of the doubt. Since then Ive been charged for so-called spots that I didnt approve of the costs before she rang up the total or even explained that there would be additional costs. On my latest and "LAST" trip there is I was charged $35.11 for $27 worth of dry cleaning, and was told that I had to pay an environmental fee which amounted to $5.46. I will NEVER use their services again! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.....THEY REALLY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Its unfortunate because you want to support businesses of this nature, but this establishment not only overcharged us, but when we attempted to get it rectified the owner yells at us and refused to properly compensate for overcharging. He unfortunatley did not even possess the skills to add the numbers himself to understand how to calculate the refund needed, instead out of his lack of skills and frustration started yelling. DO NOT SHOP STAY AWAY, Invest in businesses that appreciates customers and treats them right.
