Ive never had a dry cleaner that I didnt like. Now I do. First, they put tags onto every shirt which you have to cut off when you want to wear them. This means I have to have scissors nearby my dressing room whenever I want to get dressed. Also creates a lot of mess and waste. Next, their service is very slow. Theyll take 4-5 days to get shirts back to me. And lastly, they do a poor job cleaning in the first place! Most of my shirts have french cuffs and their process puts hideous creases in the cuffs and makes them look very unprofessional. Already changed cleaners and will never be going back to Executive.

As of Friday, November 18th, 2016 this location continues to be open, NEVER HAVING CLOSED (except on scheduled days off). I have had outstanding service and care of my valuable clothing here since 1989. I would guess a hater has reported them as being closed.

I tried to have a small hole in a pair of hiking pants repaired. I was told it would take 7 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
