I am so relieved I finally found a good dry cleaner! I was compelled to write a review when I recommended The Good Earth to a friend but she was hesitant to try them after seeing a negative review on Yelp. So, here is my experience, for the record: Seems like every dry cleaner before just didn’t care. I was fed up with getting my clothes ruined. The final straw with my previous cleaner was when they ruined my blouse. It appeared as if they had worked too hard on a stain because it was worn and discolored where the stain had been. I understood that maybe the stain ruined the shirt and there was nothing the cleaner could have done differently, but because the cleaner hadn’t communicated to me that there was a problem, it seemed like they didn’t care or actually did ruin my blouse by using the wrong process to treat the stain. My beef with them was the way they treated me when I brought it to their attention. They dismissed my concerns and kept repeating that it wasn’t their fault. It was like they wanted to deny any wrongdoing instead of being honest and working with me to resolve the issue. For the past year. I have been taking my clothes, my husband’s clothes, and things like our furniture covers and bedspreads to The Good Earth. I am very particular, so I have voiced my concerns on several occasions. Always, the owner (who is also the dry cleaner), returns my calls immediately and works with me on whatever the concern is. I feel like this is one of the few businesses I deal with that gets it! They genuinely appreciate my business and they know what they’re doing!

my son needed his jacket at the last minute cleaned.I wanted it to be dry clean the guy came out and told me that dry cleaning it will only freshen it up it would remove the stains on the sleeves. he recommended to me what needs to be done he could not guarantee it I told him to go head and do it. does Steve were remove the jacket looks great, thank you very much for the turn around time that it was done. I know that I will be using your business in the future. space again thank you what an awesome crew.

I panicked when my Navy husband came home in stained Dress Whites. He got out of his buddies car and there was grease all down the leg. At the last minute, I ran into this place and asked them to just do their best with it. Not even two days later they called and I came to pick them up. I was hoping for the best, but not expecting much. They looked BRAND NEW, it was awesome! I go here at least twice a month to freshen up his uniforms, and Ive never been disappointed.

The cleaning is always fantastic and they have stellar customer service, even with the hectic schedule that my job demands. They will always have my recommendation. Keep up the great work!!

If you are military avoid this place at all costs. They charge extra for military creases, they iron shirts that say "Do Not Iron", and their creases are just terrible. Now I have a ruined non iron able shirt because of them. Otherwise they are good at cleaning and pressing. Just not military stuff.

Shirts seemed to be adequately cleaned...cant get over the sticker shock. Most expensive dry cleaner Ive been to by a lot. When they quote prices, the "environmental fee" is conveniently left out
