We had an excellent experience with DB Klain Construction (David Klain) as our home re-modeler. David has expert knowledge in the construction and design of homes from many years in the business. He can quickly explain the positive and negative qualities of a home and has an excellent eye for detail. The home we purchased was a bank foreclosure that required extensive repair and updating. This included drywall repair, mold remediation, appliance repair and replacement, electrical & lighting re-pair and upgrades, plumbing repair & upgrades, paint, carpet, cabinetry, granite installation, and hardwood flooring. He did an excellent job of estimating the extent of the repairs and updating that would be necessary, including the cost estimates. He has an excellent crew of people that he uses to perform the work and they were on time, reliable and trustworthy. The job was finished within the timeline estimate. David is a very honest person with an easygoing personality. He is very thorough and detailed with his work and spends as much time as is necessary to work with you. He is a very good communicator. When there were any problems during the project, he did an excellent job of finding a solution and helping us to make the best decision. We are very happy in our newly remodeled home and highly recommend DB Klain Construction.

Kitchens By Design

Kitchens by Design recently completed a project with DB Klain Construction for which KBD provided the kitchen and master bath cabinetry and design. The construction team was very easy to work with. They proved to be excellent communicators who kept me in the loop about scheduling so that we had no trouble facilitating the installation of the cabinetry. The end result is a beautiful home for which, I am sure, the owners are ecstatic.
