Overall this is a decent place. Ive been a member for a little over a month now and here are some of my thoughts and experiences: 1. Routes are fun and for the most part well built. A few routes usually do have missing holds though. 2. The staff is usually very helpful and nice with the exception of one individual. I dont know his name but he is very short and is always at the Dojo. The dude is always rude and giving dirty looks. 3. Kids everywhere. All the time. That is the worst part about this place. 4. The Dojo is often closed during its normal operating hours. 5. The other day they had 70% of the bouldering walls broken down and were making new routes. Normally that is a great thing, except they were doing it during normal business hours. There also happened to be a million kids there which made bouldering on what was still there impossible. You cant do that before you open or after hours?

i was very un-impressed the space was small and there was more than one safty conceren. No safty check from employees and for those they showed how to do something there was no monitoring. All Ropes ran over a bar and straight back down which would be no big deal if they had more tie down points made it difficult for the girls to belay the boys. when a Rope was pointed out to be defetive he did not take it down just tied it out of the way to shut me up!!! I would not climb on that rope and he left it there for someone else to deal with!!! very not satisfied the few intersting run did not make up for the numrous safty concerns will not go back will not recommend!!! two thumbs down

Fantastic rock climbing gym. One of the best Ive ever seen. One of my favorite parts is that there are many different types of climbing offered (bouldering, top ropes, lead climbing, auto-belay). There are many auto-belay spots which I love because it means you and your friends can all do more climbing and less belaying. Its pretty expensive, however, coming in at $20 a person per day pass. If you have a friend with a subscription he/she can get a friend in for free as long as its that friends first time. Learning to use the equipment and to belay is a necessary step for any new comers to the rock gym, but its pretty quick and easy.

This is one of my all-time favorite places in Indy. Not only is the staff great, they have some incredible walls. There is a pretty equal mix of bouldering, top rope, auto-belays, and lead walls. They also have a speed wall and the Snake (a giant overhung wall over a foam pit). This is a grigri only gym (sorry no ATCs allowed) but all belay devices are already tied in as are carabiners on the climbers end, allowing you to get more walls in without having to worry about tying in each time. Whether youre an experienced climber or this is your first time, theres something for everyone and your sure to have a memorable experience.

After trying this gym out a few times I was eager to become a member. The routes get changed and rated by professional setters about every two weeks, and they come up with some really creative ones too. The community here is awesome, both with the staff and the climbers. Ive never met any unfriendly staff or seen them be less than friendly to anyone. There are plenty of events to meet new people, or its really easy to strike up a conversation with any of the climbers. I have also really been enjoying the new ninja warrior course. What a great addition! I absolutely love it here and would highly recommend it.

I also experienced a not-so-nice staff, though Im not sure why, and I didnt enjoy the routes here. Ive climbed at about a dozen different climbing gyms and although this one had one neat feature (the snake thing), the routes were mostly uninteresting and poorly set up. They seemed to lack holds and accurate ratings. There were tons of routes that seemed to be dead but still half up. It was disappointing to see what appeared to be many routes and there actually be a limited selection of very mundane ones. If it was $10 or less, I wouldnt complain, but it was the price of a standard gym. Wouldnt go back.

My favorite climbing gym in the city. More than enough walls that see fairly regular route changes which make for a very good range of difficulties. There are several auto belays, most walls are top roped, and the majority can accommodate lead climbers. Theres a snake with a foam pit and a lot of bouldering available. Its reasonably priced and sees regular use by people of all skill sets and ages. Be aware that they do require use of Grigris but they are provided on the top rope routes.

Really nice for bouldering which is my preference but the other stuff is nice to and the gym is convenient. The membership is a bit to steep as a college student, but a daily pass every now and again is affordable. They used to have a deal for getting a membership through volunteering, but sadly they recently got rid of it which is why im giving them only 4 out of 5. Otherwise a very cool climbing gym. Oh, also it does have a bit of a steep learning curve for beginners.

I try to get out to as many different gyms as I can and u heard a lot of hype about this place although I did not enjoy it. There was not much variety in the climbing. Sure it was big but nothing exciting. It seemed I was climbing the same routes over and over. Also the atmosphere felt Comercial and competitive. Im used to everyone helping eachother with routes and meeting new people, but even the staff seemed to be very judgemental.

I started climbing about a month ago. I was looking for a strength training alternative to escape the boredom of lifting weights, and I definitely found what I was looking for! Ive mainly been training on my own once or twice a week with bouldering and top rope climbing (auto-belay). This gym has a nice mix of challenges, tall walls, and makes climbing very accessible to newcomers.

The staff wasnt very kind or attentive. They made me feel inexperienced even though Im a member at a climbing gym back in Utah. The routes were confusing due to poorly marked tape. Routes felt choppy and inconsistent with ratings. The snake feature and self climbs were nice additions but not for the price. Wouldnt reccommend going here if youre really into climbing.

Really great place, loads of options for climbing, super nice, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about climbing and helping others gain more knowledge. Birthday party crew (esp. lead - Reese) was fantastic handling 20 wild 7yr old climbers. Love the large private space for birthday party climbing. Our new favorite indoor rock climbing location!

Recently renovated, this gym is now a legitimately great rock gym. The route setting is pretty good and their new Entreprises walls give them a variety of features to set routes on. They offer plenty of bouldering, lead climbing, and top-roping routes. I only come here when Im visiting Indy so I cant speak to how frequently they put up new routes.

As a beginner, I was very comfortable at this location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and didnt make us feel bad because we didnt know what we were doing. They walked us through safety and even gave us some novice climbing tips. This is going to become a weekly outing for me and friends.
